"The hotel is good and well located only I didn't like that when requesting the reception on face towels that were not in the room when my stay was informed by the reception that the hotel did not provide face towels , But that would provide me with bath towels to serve as face towels , I convey that and the first time I see this in a hotel , and look that I have already hosted in other hotels of the same network and had face towels in the room???"
