Old and poorly preserved hotel. Swallowed rooms with air conditioning of old and noisy model. Worst than that, without cleaning the filters, easy to understand. It is to call to start to swell, especially those with allergy to powder/acary. The roof fan is almost not moving, so it is no option to refresh, and if the guest opens the window, it will not be able to sleep by the noise of the street. The Internet connection is super precarious, not only to make meetings but also to send emails with attached files.

I went to a Niteroi compromise only and needed something for only one night, I picked the individual suite and even being small he met me, the only thing I found bad in the room was the short light garden that doesn't cut the light, I am not sure that I have a little to do with the shower that was fishing when I was in the phone, and I was a little dirty as I had seen in the evaluations. I must emphasise the care that the reception had with me, that was certainly what made the difference in the stay.

Hotel with excellent location, very good service since reception, room service and cleaning service. The room with great cost benefit, but only the availability of parking vacancies (but the team was careful and arranged a vacancies for the car night).
If you have another event in Niteroi, I will want to repeat that choice.
The food was fat and tasty, room with noise-free windows and king bed.

I was disappointed because in the hotel description, she says that there is a covered and heated pool. When we arrived the pools were disabled. I asked the receptionist and she told that it was a good time disabled. It would be good to take the swimming pool out of the hotel as a leisure item.

Well located hotel. We were upgraded to a sea view room facing the sea. We should have had a side sea view. Only shame was that we had the antennas located on the roof of the building in front of the room's balcony. We nevertheless had a view of Rio (Botafogo), the Pao d Acucar, the beaches of Niterói, we were close to MAC (Museum of Contemporary Art)
After a very hot day, we really enjoyed the heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi.
Breakfast was very good.
I recommend this hotel.
