Excelente hotel da rede Íbis! Fiquei surpresa com a qualidade do atendimento de todos ! Desde o check in até o check out ! Limpeza impecável , excelente café da manhã, quarto com boas camas, silencioso , boa qualidade de toalhas e ducha! Conheço vários da rede e este hotel é o melhor que já fiquei pela rede Accor. Certamente retornarei !!

I liked the hotel and the location. Check-in was a little slow, but the stay was worth it. The room makes excellent use of space, but the ladder on the air bed in the 3-person room hurts your feet a little. They also provided a blanket for the air bed, which is terrible for those with rhinitis. I missed having an exhaust fan in the bathroom and possibly a screen so we could change in more privacy after showering. The shower is by far the highlight. Really really good. I loved the pool in the lobby. As for the fitted sheet, I found the texture a bit strange, reminiscent of something a bit plasticky, and the pillow a little high for me, but I think that's more up to each person and not the experience in general, which was great. I was only more bothered because I couldn't book breakfast through the app and it said there that I could pay R$30 per person separately for breakfast at the reception and they presented me with a price of R$40.

Location good. Room size enough for a short stay. Room not good for work. Small table. The worst is that hotel will not make up your room everyday. Rooms will be cleaned after every three days of stay. When you ask why your room was not higienized nor cleaned reception personel days it is a new protocol of the hotel chain! And they say that I signed a paper agreeing in that! Inprobably signed but would be nice somebody from reception or reservations or hotel site make it clear. If I knew in advance would never stay on this hitel with such a stupid lack of service of higienization, specially in times of pandemy. No new towels nor cleaning at all! Yes! Belive me! Accor hotels always surpriseme for bad! Never Addagio again!

I made a reservation at the hotel, reservation no. 624583, with check in day 15 and check out day 16. I booked by the phone and the attendant got a extra bed, as I would stay with my wife and two more children aged 8 and 2 years. Fiquem no quarto com banheira, ela é pequena, para uma pessoa, mas atendeu as expectativas, o quarto era grande com mesa para trabalho e mesa central com cadeiras, há serviço de quarto / restaurante, mas não utilizei. O café da manhã é ótimo, com muitas variedades, a equipe é super atenciosa e a localização excelente, possui estacionamento no local (pago a parte). O local está precisando de manutenção, embora esteja limpo, tem aspecto de velho, a vista da banheira era um buraco no teto do lado de fora do prédio, não compromete. As toalhas tb já estão precisando ser trocadas.

Atendimento excelente, quarto muito confortável: cama, ar condicionado, chuveiro e wi-fi, tudo ok. Café da manhã bem servido em um restaurante espaçoso. Estacionamento gratuito e com vagas para todos. A área da piscina é boa, mas pelo uso intenso achamos que a água deveria estar melhor tratada. A academia também...não havia itens para higienização e esteiras e equipamentos estavam cheios de suor. O elevador é bem pequeno e parece ser uma adaptação a um antigo, algumas vezes não funcionou.
