"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the metro station, yet it's surprisingly quiet. There's a skybridge connecting it to the adjacent mall, and plenty of delicious Chinese restaurants nearby. The service is great and very welcoming. Although breakfast is simple, it tastes good and offers some variety each day. The room cleanliness is excellent, with daily housekeeping. The only downside is the laundry room. Both washing and drying require two $1 coins, which you can get changed at the front desk. You need to bring your own detergent. There are very few machines, just one washer and one dryer. The biggest issue is that it's only available from 8 AM to 8 PM, which isn't ideal for doing laundry."
"We had a great stay at the Best Western plus Burnaby. It was very convenient.. walking distance to Metrotown Mall, our appointment and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots to choose from.
It's not a new hotel but updated Bed was comfortable.
The only wish we have is for real cups and plates, in room and at breakfast."
"Our company's foreigner boss and his friends went to Canada for a holiday. The location of this hotel is not bad. They are very satisfied. They will choose this hotel next time."
"The hotel had a lot of outside work going on.
The noise wouldn’t stop from 9:00 am onward and was very annoying.
You couldn’t even stay in your room and had to get out to avoid the noise.
The sauna and hot tub was not even working.
Didn’t enjoy much"
"It's quite good value for money! However, it's not the most conveniently located for transportation. If you have a rental car, this place is perfectly fine. Otherwise, I'd suggest staying in Metrotown for more convenience."
"Excellent value for money! This hotel is located right next to Metrotown, and there are plenty of convenient dining options along Kingsway. I highly recommend it for travelers who prioritize easy access to public transport."
"The room was booked for my son and his family including a 10 months old baby. I have stayed in this hotel for many times and this time we were assigned to the 27th floor which the King one bedroom suite is much smaller than we used to stay. This was really out of our expectation since we have rented several baby products such as play pan, car seat etc and there are not enough space for us to settle them in the room."
"This 38-day independent trip to Canada has been planned for a long time. It finally happened on July 13. The first stop is Vancouver, where I will stay for 9 days. On Trip, I booked two rooms at the Royal Mansion B&B, which is less than 1 kilometer away from the Metrotown MRT station. , with good environment and convenient transportation, I will definitely stay here next time I visit Vancouver."
"There was no food! Lol .... the housekeeping walked into my room without knocking just after 10am ... very rude and inappropriate.... especially since checkout is not until 11 am .... as well when I tried to call the front desk the phone wasn't working.... "
"The owner of the homestay is very kind, and will help us deal with any problems. The public area is also very clean. The kitchen utensils are full. You can buy food and cook it. It is very convenient for self-service travelers. It is about10-15 minutes walk from the bus or sky train."
