"Everything was good, the hotel is simple and not fancy, but the room was clean and nice. There were only a few little things that weren't that great. One was the breakfast. It was a little more sparse than I thought it would be (no real protein except for refrigerated boiled eggs that weren't great, and everything else was pretty much just fruit, and other carbs). T.V remote didn't work, and there also wasn't any conditioner in the bathroom (but there was shampoo, body lotion, and two nice mini Dove soap bars). Overall the stay was worth the low cost, good for a budget hotel."

"Great hotel, great location, very friendly staff! We stayed here one year ago and loved it so much we came back the next time we came to Edmonton. We loved everything, modern, suites are very well set up. We took advantage of the kitchen! The bathroom is clean and beautiful. My only criticism is the soundproofing could be better. "

"Very good hotel, the rooms are quite big and the price is reasonable. Just gave our room next to the elevator and there was noise. There is a free breakfast, but note that the week starts at 7:30. We want a plane and can only eat at the airport. There is free parking, but the location is tight. You can only go to the public parking lot next door."

"The location is accessible to different public transport which is convenient for solo travellers. Also, it is in the middle of downtown area where restaurants and major establishments are located. Overall, chateau Lacombe is a good hotel to stay if you are planning to go in Edmonton."

"There are many places to eat around The suite we stayed in, the room was large, the mattress was good, and the bed was very comfortable. Known as the largest shopping mall in North America - West Mall is very close"

"We had a great time staying at this Best Western Plus. We would definitely stay here again. The room was great, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, except for a few spots missed in the tub, which wouldn't have been noticed except that I had a bath and could see the lower part of the faucet and under the tub handle. Other than that, it was perfect and we were very happy with our stay. The pool and hot tub being open until midnight was a bonus."
