"Sid, was extremely accomodating and understanding of our needs. We were two couples that were spending the night in Gananoque and we were both very surprised at our accomodations. The rooms were very spacious and clean even right down to the shampoo and creams as they weren't the cheap stuff that you usually get in a hotel and what they had was Dove. We had adjoing rooms which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend to anybody that this place is one of the best places I have stayed at. The food was very good and they had a great selection for a continental breakfast."

The microwave was dirty, and I found a stain in the fridge. Additionally, the hairdryer had a noticeable stain on it, which was quite off-putting. To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant smell of burnt food that lingered throughout the night, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall: While the staff's friendliness was a highlight, the poor room cleanliness significantly detracted from the overall experience. Improvements in housekeeping are essential."
