GGuest UserStayed here for two nights on business , July 14th. Very pleasantly surprised right from the start. Told them I'd be arriving late and the manager got up and checked me in well after midnight . Neat building used to be Government offices , very historic . Basic but clean and grest service
Hotel is in serious need of renovation and it did appear that some rooms were being worked on. Hotel was clean and comfortable enough. Parking lot is dirt and gravel with some pavement so the floors tend to get muddy. Desk Staff was very pleasant. Place is okay for a one night stopover.
Excellent 3 night stay. Newly renovated rooms. It's great having 2 entrances, one to hall for breakfast & ice, the other directly to your car. The parking lot is huge, perfect for anyone pulling a trailer. The location is quiet, there's a few picnic tables on the downhill side. Beds are comfy, carpet is clean & it's within a short walking distance of 2 or 3 restaurants. Breakfast fare is pretty good, they restock promptly, if you let them know. The lobby is large & bright w comfy leather furniture and the breakfast area is spacious too. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. To find the Lobby entrance drive down the hill on the left side. Because someone else's review in June mentioned bedbugs, I want to stress there was absolutely NO sign and NO problem encountered during our time there (2 rooms, 3 days)
