"The staff at check in and check out were very friendly. The staff in the hotel were a bit grumpy. Overall, older but well maintained. Pool and spa was nice, loved the little birds.
One complaint is that most people want to exercise in the pool before 9am! By 9am my day as begun! Pool needs to open at 6am and stay open until at least 11pm. Consider making 9pm to 11pm adults only."
"I felt the cleanliness and the safety of the hotel was above and beyond for the current epidemic; I felt very safe. I also appreciated how the hotel accommodated my very late check-in since I was driving more then 8 hours to reach the destination. "
"Nous avions besoin d’un endroit près de l’autoroute pour dormir. La place est hyper propre et facile d’accès. Il y a un restaurant juste à côté où on a pu déjeuner. C’était parfait!"
"The room was large and clean. The service was a miss. Breakfast was as most places just a other mediocre experience. Apples and canned fruit cocktail were the only fruits offered. Coffee was brown water. No real service. Tables were dirty. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. "
"I chose this hotel because I had to go back to Toronto the next day. It was very convenient to stay at this hotel to go to the highway. It takes about 15 minutes to drive from the hotel to the port (depending on the traffic jam). If you want to go to the old town opposite, I recommend everyone to make a ferry."
"This trip is considered to be the best value-for-money hotel, with new facilities, high-level rooms, and a comfortable stay. It is not inferior to other four or five-star hotels, but it is located in a small town and is a bit biased for tourism. It is actually a business accommodation Hotel, but it happened to be the way we passed by the itinerary, so staying for one night for a transition is very good"
"Breakfast has, you can choose, but you need to pay. You can make your own breakfast in the kitchen yourself. There is a big supermarket nearby. Behind the train station, to Montreal, or Quebec is very convenient."
"A king bed and a double sofa bed, the room is quiet, there is a coffee machine. The front desk is welcoming, there is a small warm water pool, suitable for children to play, there is a sports gym, free parking."
"We really enjoyed staying at Time Hotel.
Very clean good amenities and the best location."
