Underground parking in the winter is a nice perk. As I was traveling for business, mine was complimentary, but I believe it's charged at $20+ per day otherwise which seems a bit extreme for London. My room appeared to be clean, but had a strange smell. On further investigation, a soiled diaper had been left in my washroom's garbage. I understand that mistakes happen, everything else did appear clean -- but this oversight ended up making me question the overall cleanliness of my room. The smell didn't dissipate after the diaper was removed, and the layout of the bathroom was mindblowingly awful (see photo), so I asked to switch rooms. Staff were very apologetic and accommodating. I was moved and upgraded to a large suite. This room instead smelled of patchouli -- less offensive, but for a hotel that has signage saying it's scent-free, it seemed strange and again made me question the cleanliness. The continental breakfast offered was very slim -- not a ton of variety, and the layout was very tiny for the number of people, although the dining space was large. With other long-term stay hotels in the vicinity, I'm not sure I'd try my chances here the next time I'm in town.

My husband and I had booked at a different hotel and it was beyond terrible so at the last minute we drove to the Holiday Inn & Suites in London. The front desk clerk, Ricken, was simply wonderful. He quickly booked us into a terrific room and calmed me down. His kindness and thouthfulness were greatly appreciated. The rest of our stay was equally wonderful. Thank you to all the staff we came into contact with at the Holiday Inn in London.
My partner and I arrived for a couples massage and were warmly greeted by a staff member at the front desk. We arrived early and waited in the lobby until our scheduled time, when the therapist finally escorted us to the room. Unfortunately, she didn't greet us or introduce herself, simply gave us instructions and we waited for her return. The first interaction with the other therapist wasn't much better; her first words were commenting on my sunburn without a greeting, predicting discomfort during the massage. Throughout the session, she never asked about my comfort again. The towel covering the face port was super rough and uncomfortable, and the massage creams were unexpectedly cold. Strangely, my lower back was completely avoided during the massage, and I wasn't asked about my preferred pressure at all. Despite waiting over 10 minutes for the therapist in the lobby, our massage ended exactly 60 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, not accounting for their delay. Paying $270 for two underwhelming massages felt very unjustified given the mediocre service and the fact that we were shorted 15 minutes. For that price, we anticipated top-tier service and treatment, but we found better quality for a fraction of the cost at our local masseuse. It was evident the therapists were only there to collect their paycheck and weren't too concerned about the service they were providing. Overall, our experience was quite disappointing, and we certainly won't be recommending the spa to others.
It’s a very good hotel. All staff are very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was by far the best I have had compared to other hotels. The swimming pool was good size and my family enjoyed spending time. Would surely return back to this hotel for future visits.

Good facilities, room was a bit off a walk away from the lobby. Not the greatest view from the room but the room was clean, bed was comfy and quiet. The pool was well maintained and had a unique arcade room. Unfortunately it ate my quarters…
Will stay here again!
Super impressed with the gentleman in the restaurant who offered to deliver my food to our room as I was travelling alone with my 5 yr old grandson… deserves some praise! The other staff were good… just a small suggestion to elevate your facility… have real coffee cups and 2 real glasses for water… all we had was 2 paper cups for water/coffee/juice.. had to rinse out for the different liquids… a bit ‘sub-par’ for the Ramada name :)
The hotel is very clean and very suitable for short stays. If you have a car, it is very convenient to drive and you can park. The price of the room is also very affordable, the price is very high, it is recommended to stay.

KK BThis was our second visit to Hampton Inn by Hilton London and it was as great as the first time! I did the self-check-in feature and unfortunately the room we wanted was not ready by 3pm, so they simply switched us to another room (which ended up being even better in our options!). The room was sparkling clean and the employees so nice as usual (especially Fiona and Diane!). Diane even remembered us from our visit last August! The hot breakfast was wonderful both mornings, really something for everyone. Hot oatmeal, make-your-own waffles, toast, muffins, eggs and sausage, home fries, yogurt, cold cereal, and an assortment of fresh fruits. There is coffee and tea also available throughout the day and night in the lobby area. We've had an amazing experience at this establishment both times we've stayed here. This is definitely our go-to hotel when visiting London, Ontario!
GGuest UserA hotel that has won many awards. The staff is friendly and the room is great. Breakfast is buffet style and rich in variety. From the whole to the details, from the lobby to the room design (including furniture, fabrics, lighting, etc.), the concept of design can be seen. It is one of the most tasteful hotels I have ever stayed at.
YYEOThe TV was out of order. Called Housekeeping but no response. Left a message for them to come and repair but no action either. Feedback at counter during check out. Other than that, everything is fine with the hotel.
This hotel was very accommodating for my stay. I was receiving treatment at the hospital across the street. I was exhausted after my second treatment. I called to see if I could check in early and they allowed me into my room. Front desk was very helpful and nice. Even helped me with my garbage. The room itself was spotless, very roomy. I was happy to see a fridge and microwave in my unit. I booked one of the accessible rooms and the bathroom in it was really nice. The floor was heated and the water pressure was great. The wifi was quite impressive. I’m used to slow and terrible wifi in most hotels. I was able to stream and watch Netflix to my hearts content. The vending machine there now accepts credit cards. The prices are very high but it’s nice to have something when the weather doesn’t cooperate. Overall, my stay was exactly what I needed. Somewhere clean and quiet to stay while I received my treatments.
DDemusThe service was on point, nice fast check-in. The room's bed was quite comfortable and the room was spacious. For one night stay it was just what we needed
XX5235BKerickThis hotel is ok for a one-night stay, the kind of place you visit just to sleep and then get back on the highway without spending a fortune. The hotel would benefit from a deep clean. I found black grunge on the soap holder in the shower (housekeeper probably too short to reach it). The duvets should have a proper cover. If you take the ratty bedspread off you uncover the duvet and your arms/face will make contact with a bedding that isn't likely cleaned often. A family staying in a 2 queen room would definitely be cramped, however the room had a cozy vibe to it. There is very little space, the room is similar in size to a cruise ship cabin. The TV is awful, and the WiFi was difficult to contact to using Android devices. The front desk people were about as friendly and outgoing as border guards. Anyways, this isn't a destination hotel and I guess management is comfortable with the attitude that ”you get what you pay for”.
GGANGThe location of the hotel is very good, located in central London, less than ten minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast is a standard North American style with a coffee tube. There is a parking lot, 14 Canadian dollars and tax increase.
This is my second time staying at London Travel Inn. It's one of the most affordable places to stay in London, Ontario. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room, hot shower, walking distance to shopping. The Indian couple that own the London Travel Inn do a good job keeping the place clean and secure. What my boyfriend and I liked the best about London Travel Inn is that it was quiet and peaceful.
GGuest UserThe bedding is not clean, there is a coffee machine ☕️ to use, the toiletries are made in China, it is not as good as a small hotel in China
