Our suite is located in the Brackendale neighbourhood at the North end of Squamish. It is an outdoor enthusiasts paradise because we are surrounded by world class mountain biking, rock climbing, and skiing. We are also close to the Squamish river: fishing, eagle watching, hiking, parks and trails. We are a 5 minute drive to Alice lake park and a stroll to the local coffee shop, bike shop, and eateries.We have a wide range of amenities available during your stay, however there are a couple things to note:The laundry room is shared and you may use the washer and dryer at any time. Please do not take any towels/wash clothes, bed sheets etc out of the laundry room without asking. We do our best to supply you with the appropriate amount of linens. If you need something, just ask- otherwise please leave the clean linens alone.You may use the fire pit at any time (EXCEPT for when there is a FIRE BAN or when it is extremely windy) and we offer the use of our roasting sticks too, however it is up to you to bring your own wood to burn. Wood can be picked up at a local gas station or grocery store. We do NOT supply firewood. Please do not take from our shed. Also to note : Never leave the fire unattended! When you are finished, please use the garden hose to put it out.Same goes for BBQing and the propane tank. We will do our best to fill it up when it becomes empty, but if you run out while BBQing, than it is your decision to fill it up again if you would like to continue using it :)This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. Welcome to our family home. We are happy to make it available to others while our family is away having our own adventures. Featuring tons of natural light , we are located in the heart of the best mountain bike and hiking trails in Squamish with access to the shopping malls. The large kitchen and the open living room is great for dining and hanging out together. A spacious backyard is perfect for kids with fire pit and Hot tub.The spaceTheis is an open concept space great for cooking, dinning and hanging out. The kitchen features an island counter and breakfast bar. It also includes ovens stove top. Pots, pans and cooking utensils are included. The dining table and There is a gas fireplace and a large couch for relaxing on .The primary bedroom has a king size bed and access to the main bathroom with a shower and deep bathtub.The second bedroom has a Queen bed and wardrobe for storage. There is a single window looking into the back yard.The third bedroom/office has large windows on 2 sides and gets great afternoon light and views into the backyard. Blinds provide privacy and shade in the summer. The bed is a queen . The work station has a standing desk.just to add it has has a crib.The fourth bedroom with queen beds.The patio in the back has a dining set that can accommodate 8 and gets sun during the day. It can be accessed from the upstairs living room with easy access to the kitchen. There is a full size BBQ on the patio also.The backyard is large and flat and great for kids to play. A fence surrounds the yard, however there are some retaining walls that create a fall hazard for small children so supervision is necessary. There is also a fire pit.There is a front yard and space to park 4 cars in front .Guest accessGuests will have access to the entire house, including laundry and the backyard. This cozy 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom riverside suite comfortably sleeps 8-12! It Includes a private Hot tub, a full kitchen and multiple seating areas both indoors and outdoors. The home has beautiful coastal chic decor.Have the Riverside Getaway all to yourself! My home is in a quiet location on the riverside with a spacious backyard surrounded by trees and a mountain view. The home is newly updated, with a bright and cozy cottage feel. Please note that while the home and green space makes you feel like your tucked away, the home is located on the corner lot of a family friendly complex- so must be respectful to our neighbours and abide to house rules listed below. On occasion, I stay on the property in my lock-off garage bunkie with my dog Luna. I run a cleaning company in town and have to stick around when I’m on jobs. We value you privacy and comfort above all else, so if you have any concerns or would like to request specific dates, please do not hesitate to reach out. Bedroom 1 is on the main floor, offers a King size bed, Ensuite and patio doors + access right to the hot tub, surrounded by trees. Bedroom 2 is on the main floor 1 Queen bed. Bedroom 3 is on the top floor and offers a Queen size bed and a bright corner window facing the backyard, surrounded by trees. Bedroom 4 is on the top floor, and offers 1 Double bed, and an option to set up a twin along side, if you have kids or extra guests. The extra twin will require prior arrangements.The Living room is equipped with 1 Sofa and 3 reading chairs, cozy up by the fireplace!The media room on the second floor is equipped with a comfortable Queen pull out sofa bed.
