"Most staff were very pleasant, only had a bit of an attitude from the front desk attendant who checked us in. Seemed like she was assuming we should’ve known the answers to our questions and that I was annoying her by asking. Other than that experience we never saw her again through our stay."
"I booked the Avid hotel on a whim. Mainly due to proximity to Wonderland and also being a relatively new hotel! I was beyond impressed from the moment I walked in as the front desk staff person was very welcoming, polite and explained everything. The two days that I was there all hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly And kept the hotel very clean. It was nice to have different selection at breakfast for the hot food items. And I have to say the coffee machines that were available were absolutely awesome!
The King room that I had was a great size and the bathroom was quite large. It was nice to have a walk-in shower instead of a tub. And I honestly didn’t mind not having a closet and a dresser as it is not something that I use regularly in the hotel rooms. The TV had excellent channel selection."
"There are a lot of places to eat around the hotel, the breakfast variety can not be less, the air conditioning of the room from time to time to make a loud noise, really far, compared to the same brand hotel that has lived in the country, too far."
"It was a surprise to come to Staybridge Suites.
Location: Although far from the city center, the subway Pioneer Village stands out for 2.7 kilometers. There is a direct bus to the hotel entrance. In the evening, you can walk back to the hotel from the subway and enjoy the sunset all the way.
Room: Kitchenette, large refrigerator, microwave, two bags of popcorn, you can operate in the microwave.
Breakfast: 6:30-9:30. Right next to the front desk. Yogurt, oatmeal, sausage, fruit, milk."
We’re located within two kilometers of dining options including The Keg Steakhouse and Bar and Fionn MacCool's Woodbridge. Canada's Wonderland, Vaughan Mills Mall, McMichael Canadian Art Collection, and Toronto Pearson International Airport are less than 15 minutes away. Enjoy our heated indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor patio area.
"The hotel room is large and the staff is attentive, but the room attendant is negligent and takes away the towels without giving new ones! The facilities have been renovated and there is a self-service snack bar in the lobby! There is a large shopping mall opposite!"
"We arrived at the hotel earlier than our check-in time and the staff were able to accommodate us. We had two rooms booked for a business trip and one of the rooms was upgraded, which was a nice surprise and very appreciated. Great experience. Enjoyed our stay. Look forward to seeing you again for next years conference."
"Very nice, very quiet, can be extra bed, soundproofing is also very good, hot water is very fast, breakfast is good, lunch is ordered in the restaurant. There is a lively atmosphere next to it, suitable for business travelers. Bus and subway are very convenient, right next to the hotel, the hotel has its own parking lot"
"This was my second time at Spring Hill and loved it just like the first time. Hotel is in a prime location close to store and Vaughan Mills.
The only downside I saw was her on the walls in the bathroom."
