"The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. It is recommended to take the bus with luggage. It is quite tiring to pull it up directly. We didn't take the bus when we went there, so we asked the hotel staff to help us. They were very enthusiastic and helped us get to the hotel. The hotel room is OK, and the balcony looks beautiful, with mountains and water. The breakfast is Western style and tastes very good. The transportation is very convenient. There is a train station at the foot of the mountain, and you can take the bus directly to the city."
"The room is much larger than expected and even has a small kitchen. You can directly see the lake. When you check in, you also get a welcome drink so you can go to the bar to order most drinks. Breakfast is in the form of free ordering a dish plus buffet, and the large French windows of the restaurant next to the lake make people feel happy. Good service, friendly staff. Probably one of the best hotels in Zurich."
"The lakeside hotel in Switzerland offer breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. One can expect a combination of natural beauty, comfortable accommodations, and excellent hospitality. Guests can savor delicious cuisine and experience the warmth of Swiss hospitality. With Switzerland's efficient transportation network, it's also easy to explore nearby attractions and towns from these lakeside locations."
"The tram stop is about a 6-7 minute walk away. Both times I've gone, it's been downhill, so I didn't experience the 'uphill struggle' people talk about, haha 😂. Once, I transferred to a bus and arrived in 1 minute after getting off. Another time, the tram might have been one-way, and I walked about 6-7 minutes in the other direction. I highly recommend the M supermarket nearby!
1️⃣ Although it's a bit far from the city center, transportation is convenient, and every staff member is incredibly friendly!!! The plump young lady and several receptionists with glasses 🤓 were all great.
2️⃣ Breakfast exceeded my expectations!! Compared to the industrial-style hostel by the Rhine in Basel, this one even offers free coffee and cappuccinos. Outside of breakfast hours, it's 4 CHF! The variety is also better, with a toaster, cheese 🧀, simple vegetables, fruits, oatmeal, milk, yogurt, and more than three types of meat products available~
My roommates were also interesting, so the constant snoring in the female dorm on both nights didn't bother me at all! Hot showers were perfectly fine.

"The hotel is in the mountains, and it is a bit troublesome to drive. First, you have to park the car in a free parking lot by the swimming pool, and then find a way to get to the train station. It takes about 2 kilometers and a few minutes to take a taxi, and about 11CHF for Uber. It takes about 20 minutes to walk, and there are various slopes. At the train station, you have to wait for the train every half an hour. The one-way ticket is about 4.6CHF per person. After getting off the train at the station, you have to walk for another ten minutes to get to the hotel. Moreover, the hotel’s car only picks up luggage from the train station and not people. It cost nearly 50CHF for two people to go back and forth from the parking lot to the hotel by Uber + train, and we also climbed a lot of slopes. The room was okay, but the window of the room I booked was directly against a wall and there was no view. The view of other more expensive rooms is probably good. If you don’t want to go to the highest place in Zurich to see the scenery and are too lazy to hike, you don’t have to book this hotel."
"Less than 30 knives from the train station, 20 minutes walk from Banhof Street and Zurich Cathedral, the room is quite large, very clean, breakfast is not much, the front desk staff is very warm, the only bad thing is that I have paid the full room rate on the platform and deducted me 160 euros. Later, I asked the platform and said that it would take 30 working days to return. I don't understand why it is like this?"
