We spent two nights in this hotel in the category: Deluxe Studio. The hotel is 150 m from the train station to Bern. The train travels every 22 minutes to the city centre to the station/spatalgate for €14 per person. The deep garage places for €15 per day are large and there were no free parking available before the hotel. There was a card for the room available by self-checking. The air circulation in the flowers to the room and the air in the Deluxe studio was very ”distant”. Since the windows can be opened in the Deluxe studio, the air is quickly fresh again. The Deluxe studio has a size of 27 m2 and a lot of stuff in a large closet. The bed is comfortable with view of a large flat. The kitchen is well equipped, a small washing machine is also available. A desk is directly front of the window with gardens and outdoor roller shops. The price-performance ratio is met.

Enthusiasm, the room is also good, suitable for self-driving, a little distance from the city center, good value for money, convenient around, supermarket hotels, will choose here next time

This villa was our “trailhead” for our Bern immersion. Our group of 5 was completely besotted by the convenience of this location: quiet and elegant location ridiculously convenient to Bern’s hallmark mass transit. Unexpected bonuses: fresh seasonal fruit (apples during our stay), daily sparkling water with gas, a delightful and wide ranging selection of teas, charming terrace, and old world breakfast room. Exceptional attention to detail and customer satisfaction apparent throughout. Highly recommend!

The room is warmly furnished and well equipped, there is a warm light on the door, and then there are convenient hangers and tables that allow you to easily hand things in your hands, just like returning home! Every furniture is placed very carefully, there are small snacks, candy and mineral water, the small restaurant can cook by itself, tools and seasonings are complete. The details of the careful layout are displayed everywhere, I like it very much, I will stay here next time I come to Switzerland. The self-check-in information is detailed and there is no trouble.

Stayed in this hotel for two weeks during my official visit in Switzerland. Located just opposite to Schonegg Tram stop, this hotel is just 10 mins from Bern Bahnof (Railway Station). This is an old design hotel with all modern amenities. The staff at the reception are polite helpful. The room which I got was at the end of the corridor which was quite small in terms of width. The bed was also quite small. The room was giving a vibe of coziness though. The bathroom was neat and clean but was small The hotel has an in house restaurant located in the first floor. Overall the food in the menu were quite expensive. The room rent didn’t include complimentary breakfast so the breakfast was also quite expensive ( 7.5 CHF for express and 19.5 for Buffet) Positives 1. Courteous Staff 2. Free High speed Wi Fi 3. Complimentary Public Transport pass 4. Clean and Hygienic room 5. B’ful view from the window 6. Check In and Check out was smooth Negatives 1. Small room 2. Traditional Swiss hotel inside and out. Host were great and helpful and the service very professional. However the rooms and en-suites could do with up grading as they are getting a little tied. My bed creaked ever time I moved in it which did not help my sleep. Large wide screen TV was great but the channels available were limited if you didn’t speak English, and those channels that were available had poor reception. Eating outside in the garden was nice especially with the great weather we had. The menu selection was vast with various different international cuisines available at reasonable prices. Breakfast was simple but ample for me. In summary good hotel but some upgrading needed to bring it up to Swiss standards.

The worst experience of my life! I planned to visit the beautiful city of Bern with my family a few years ago. The visit to the city was wonderful and to top it off I chose a four star “Boutique Hotel” to stay with my family and have a great experience. UNFORTUNATELY, THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! The hotel put my family in a room on the top floor in the ATTIC with small windows and no air circulation. To solve this, the “four star Boutique Hotel” put a fan in the room. Apart from this problem, the room had a hydraulic problem and the hotel found a very creative solution to solve the problem! The entrance door to the room was cut and through it passed a tube that entered through the outside of the wall reaching the bathroom with the door also cut! a work of art that unfortunately does not match the expectations I had for a “Boutique Hotel” in Bern - Switzerland! A very sad experience! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! ( attached photos )
