"after baddest experience with ibis, I must admit this is a very nice hotel, just 5min walk from the train slation, just a little higher up, offering a nice view of the lake even from lateral hotel windows. modern ambiente, upgraded facilities, comfy lobby and fast WiFi, will chose this again in march."

"Wir sind als Ehepaar gereist und haben die Tage im Hotel Belvedere und im Tessin genossen. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr fein. Auch das tägliche Frühstück war gut. Mit der Größe des Zimmers und der Austattung waren wir zufrieden. Ein Punkt der nicht ok war, ist dass wir am Sonntag Morgen um 08h00 kein heisses Wasser zum Duschen hatten. Diesen kleinen Fehler haben wir im Hotel nicht gemeldet, da es später wieder Warmes Wasser hatte."

"We traveled from Beijing, China to Europe by car for 34 days, and experienced France, Italy and Switzerland. On December 4, we stayed at this hotel and met UALENDWA (Chinese name Xiaomei) to leave a deep impression on us. We were very surprised by her reception with a very skilled Chinese and sweet smile. She was very active and responsible for solving problems for us after our power outlet malfunctioned, which moved us. This hotel is strategically located in the center of a bustling commercial street. At this time, it is the Christmas season at the end of the year, and the whole street is full of lights and colorful, lively. It is indeed the best choice for travelers. We are very fortunate to choose this time. I wish the hotel business is booming and prosperous! I wish Xiaomei all the best and all my wishes come true!"
