"The staff are very friendly. They were the most friendly people on their trip to Europe. During your stay, you always check if there are any inconveniences or helps. By the way, the problem with this hotel is the location and facilities. Most of the two days of stay are cloudy, so the name panorama is not worth it. (I don't know if it's only in autumn, but the clouds are huge and it doesn't work well. Please judge it yourself as you attach a photo ...) It's a place I chose because of the scenery, but I paid because of the clouds. More than half of the money is flying away. I'm very curious about the view of this hotel on a very nice day when the clouds are walking while writing this article. And the facilities are old, the space is narrow and stuffy. Most of the old hotels in Switzerland do, but of course there are no refrigerators or air conditioners. There is no tea pot, so you have to ask the reception to borrow it. Of course, they are kindly borrowed for free. No slippers, no robes. Just think of nothing in the room that we would have of course. It was very cold during my stay because there was no heater."

"Unser Aufenthalt im Parkhotel Du Sauvage war hervorragend. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Zimmer war ordentlich und während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde immer wieder sauber gemacht. Beim Frühstück gab es viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Unserem Kaffee konnten wir gottseidank aus einem Kaffeevollautomaten entnehmen ( in vielen Hotels gibt es meistens Instantskaffee oder Filterkaffee) Brot und Croissants waren immer frisch. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Verstehe auch garnicht warum wir für so einen tollen Service wenig gezahlt haben, hätte meiner Meinung nach mehr sein können. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!!!"

"This was one of the best hotel I have stayed in Switzerland. The location was perfect as it was near the airport. The staff was friendly especially Miss Noel who had sped up the check-in process. My room was very spacious which can hold 5 persons. The room was very clean and the amenities was excellent. Overall I loved the hotel very much and would recommend anyone who has big family and want the space for their comfort. The price was reasonable and affordable. "Children in the south rarely see snow. I was very pleasantly surprised to wake up overnight and snow. The whole trip felt that the hotel was the most beautiful and the massage was more comfortable than Southeast Asia. The waiter and the front desk were very warm and gave a small gift. Super happy!"

"Very cute and cozy small hotel. Excellent location. Not far from Brienz steam train and Brienz cruise ship. The hotel decoration is very retro, but the room is quite modern. It should have been renovated in recent years. The shower is very big and the bath is very comfortable. The balcony of the room I booked can see the beautiful scenery as shown in the picture. It is very comfortable. Free parking is suitable for self-driving. There are indeed some challenges in the high temperature in summer. However, the temperature difference between day and night in Switzerland is large. It is basically not hot after the sun sets and it is quite comfortable."
