We arranged to stay here for 1 night on our way further south. The guest house is based on a large, traditional farmhouse and the development work has clearly been done to the very highest standards. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated (in a restrained manner). Our hosts were very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was to our liking. After a refreshing night's sleep we enjoyed a lovely, traditional breakfast. We would have stayed longer if our schedule had permitted.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights for business reasons and it was great for that. We had to change rooms as there were so many guests and we were right next to a very loud group. Just be aware of that. One thing that bothered us was that you can’t open the windows, it’s all controlled through a vent system and seems to be energy efficient. I’m a person who is very environmentally aware, but not being able to open the windows that not equate to me as the only way to be energy efficient.

Spent a week there with my family, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quiet time. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff is super polite, breakfast was something we really looked forward every morning. Children are allowed in spa areas only in the morning, but as the weather wasn’t very nice, girls from spa would always help us around and let me with my two girls in when nobody was around. They were all lovely, and my daughters especially loved Olivia. Restaurants were nice and staff was very polite. Our favorite restaurant was Cacoon. Thai restaurant looked beautiful, with polite staff, but food was a bit disappointing because it was too plain and didn’t taste like Thai cuisine. We had a dinner there with our 12 friends and we all had same impression. Maybe the chief wanted to make some compromise with food to taste more European or something, but we went there because we love Thai food. So, my suggestion is for that restaurant to stick with authentic thai food and their essential ingredients like lemongrass, lime, ginger, garlic, chili, coriander and nam pla… Otherwise, we have no objection and are looking forward to stay in this hotel this autumn

My traveller, nice and short, from direct booking to check-in, everything nice and very perfect. Rooms are clean and rich for 1-3 Accommodations and friendliness allows nothing but, Hoppla is very good 👍 Breakfast, ok, could a bissl more on service and or food, confectionery peanuts and then it is mega. I am a fan and very satisfied for me for many years now, just 5 points because the location to the motorway is more than ideal. Convince yourself.

I booked two rooms with a garden view, but one room faced the road and houses while the other faced the hotel's restaurant and some blocks of houses with a few trees. So, I guess it must be the ”garden view,” though clearly not all rooms have a true garden view—unless we have different definitions of a garden. The shower was ridiculously tiny, with a triangular shape. I believe any man larger than average would have difficulty using it. You can barely turn around in the shower, and the water flow is not stable, sometimes fast and sometimes slow. The breakfast was poor. The restaurant waitress did her very best, despite being the only one helping all the customers in the restaurant and also assisting with checkouts. It was clear how busy she was. However, we waited for more than 45 minutes for boiled eggs to be replenished in the buffet area. The fried eggs were very oily and not fluffy at all—if you've been to a cha chaan teng in Hong Kong, you know what I mean. The choices and amount of food were very limited, and we left with empty stomachs. It was probably the worst hotel breakfast ever.

Andis BNB is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in whilst travelling in Switzerland. The room is spacious and the shower was a dream. Breakfast is served daily by either Andi or his wife with a wide variety and selection of foods to opt from. The hotel is equipped with a communal area including a TV, board games, toys for children and even a guitar!! Shopping mall across from the hotel, along with convenient access to both the train and bus routes. Certainly won’t be considering another hotel going forward after staying here. It ticks all boxes.
