"Hotel in perfect location to get in and out of Basel easily, thanks to the local tram and train stations. Hotel was full but very quiet; staff friendly and helpful and the room clean and tidy. Service was as expected in Switzerland: excellent. Although breakfast was in the next door Co-Op facility there was not need for concern: it was never busy and food was excellent. Oh and Muttenz is a lovely village combing modern and traditional.
Overall, a very relaxing and happy stay and highly recommended!"

"We had an amazing stay at this lovely homestay! The place was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay special, even gifting us a Christmas-themed pen as a thoughtful surprise. It’s the small gestures like this that truly make a difference! "Clean and neat. Close to the city center. If the were no road works, there should be a tram stop. But Basel is always under construction. Breakfast is full of options. Room was small but ok for the Swiss price range. Underground parking was very convenient since there are no other options around. Aircon was good enough."

"Friendly staff; bit far from city center but location is few minutes walk to the tram station so still accessible; rooms are clean and spacious but no or insufficient sound proofing—the first night I was there, a couple from the other room was having fun and I can hear them 😆"

"Das Zimmer war modern und geräumig. Das Hotel ist z.Z. im Umbau. Manche Räume z.B. der Eingang/Essbereich sind provisorisch. Das ist in Ordnung, aber für den Zimmerpreis, der aufgerufen wird im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sportlich, da es nicht wie ein gehobenes Hotel, sondern wie ein Hostel wirkt. Wir konnten unser Fenster auf dem Zimmer nicht öffnen und der Raum war extrem warm und stickig. Wir vermissten auch einen Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und man erreicht mit der Tram direkt vor dem Hotel in wenigen Stationen das Zentrum. Das Frühstück war extrem hochwertig und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel ist außerdem sehr Kinder- und Hundefreundlich, was uns gut gefallen hat. Optimal war der Garagenparkplatz direkt unter dem Hotel."
