Excellent
What a refreshing experience! A place of excellent hospitality, friendliness and service. We are happy to come back again. The hotel was very clean, had a great modern design overall, especially for that region, and was very comfy to spend the night. The location is right in the center of the town, which made it easy to hop around. For business, they had great amenities for meetings, fast internet and professional reception staff to help you out on anything you need in a rush. The restaurant was the best in town and the best we could find within 20 minutes by car. Service was excellent and brought the dining experience to a whole other level. Food was very classy and well presented, while the quality was really fresh and the flavors were nothing but mind blowing. As I said in the beginning. We will be back. Big thanks to all the team and especially to Kathi and Marco.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel as we were going to the Bregenzer Festspiel and it was perfect. It is just a five minute walk to the train station and the train gets you to Bregenz in a few minutes more. It’s a brand new, stylish hotel, just a year old. We had a really nice, modern room with plenty of places to plug in our various devices. Although it overlooked a roundabout (and we could see to Austria in the distance), it was quiet and we slept well. The free bottle of water in the room is a nice touch. The nearest carpark costs 20 francs but you can park at the train station for 7 francs or free on the street until 9am. We were made to feel very welcome by both gentlemen on reception. A particular thank you to Herr Niederer who, as well as being friendly and professional, was generous with our welcome drinks. We will certainly be back!

KKaufmann7Wir waren am Wochenende (Sa./So. 23.11.-24.11.2024) Gäste im Hotel Profis. Leider können wir kein gutes Zeugnis ausstellen. DeLuxe Zimmer bodeneben neben Parkplatz, keine Aussischt, ungeheizt und düster! Am Samstag gab's Buffet im hoteleigenen Restaurant, war sehr ausgiebig und gut. Am Sonntag schickte man uns ins Kaffee K zum Frühstück mit einem Gutschein von Fr. 10.00. Es gab 2 Brötchen für jeden, 2 kleine Butter, 2 Minischälchen Konfitüre und je eine dünne Scheibe Salami p.Person, 1 dünne Scheibe Schinken und je 2 Stücklein Käse. Keinen Orangenjus, kein Müesli, kein Yoghurt, kein Ei, keine Flocken, keine Früchte wie im Buffet im Hotel!!! Absolut mager und nicht akzeptabel. Dies ist unter allem Hund, wenn man von einem Hotel mit so einem mickrigen Gutschein abserviert wird!!! Man bezahlt einen rechten Preis für Übernachtung mit Frühstück, dann soll man dem Kunden auch das entsprechende bieten. Für uns ganz klar: NIE MEHR HOTEL PROFIS, DENN HIER WIRD DER KUNDE NICHT GESCHÄTZT, SONDERN NUR ABGEFERTIGT!!! Der Empfang war auch sehr fragwürdig. Kaum ein Grüezi, dann vorweisen der ID, dann kein Wort, bis die Dame dort die Rechnung geschrieben und ausgedruckt hatte. Keine Hinweise wo und wann das Frühstück eingenommen wird ohne Nachfrage unsererseits und plätzlich hat die Dame doch noch realisiert, dass am Sonntag kein Frühstück serviert wird und musste im Restaurant nach Gutscheinen suchen. Der Kunde MUSS darauf hingewiesen werden, dass am Sonntag kein Frühstück im Hotel serviert wird BEI DER BUCHUNG! SOLCH EINEN MIESEN AUFENTHALT IN EINEM VRMEINTLICH GUTEN HOTEL HABEN WIR NOCH NIE ERFAHREN. WIRKLICH EINE SAUEREI WIE MAN BEHANDELT WIRD!
