"Upon entering, there was a transparent plastic sheet on the floor, the lampshade was crooked, and the textiles smelled of smoke. The tissues were also quite something; I struggled to pull one out for ages, only to realize the packaging hadn't been opened. The shower had very little hot water. I got completely undressed and turned on the water for a long time before realizing I had to turn off all the cold water to get even a little bit of warmth. I ended up having a lukewarm shower with a tiny trickle of water. I'm not sure why there were planes flying overhead, but they were quite loud. On the positive side, there were welcome cookies when I arrived, and they tasted good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices."

"Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree Hotel are in the same building. The hotel facilities are very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. They helped us upgrade the room type for free, and the room was a little bigger. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the second floor. The ingredients were very fresh, the dishes were served quickly, the portions were large, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was also a buffet on the second floor and it was also very rich. Facilities: Robots deliver takeout, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, there is a small refrigerator, and it is very clean overall."

"The room is clean and tidy, with everything in it, including a small refrigerator, a scale, and a coffee machine. It's really nice. There's also a sensor light next to the bed, which is a very thoughtful design. It's surrounded by a snack street, and a little further away is the MixC. The price is good, and the breakfast egg fried rice + salted duck eggs are delicious. I will book this hotel again in the future. "Took my child to enjoy the hot springs during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Even though it was a holiday and quite crowded, the experience far exceeded my expectations. We arrived at 2:30 PM, and the front desk lady was incredibly gentle and thoughtful. She kept apologizing because our room wasn't ready yet. The staff member dressed as Judy (from Zootopia) who was in charge of greeting the kids was very approachable and patient, interacting with them wonderfully. Even though it was only early October, the room was already heated. Sitting on the balcony, gazing at the distant, overlapping mountains was truly relaxing. The outdoor hot spring pools offered a wide variety: milk, red wine, mugwort, lemon, aloe vera, grotto, lavender, and rose. If the weather is good, the hillside pools are also open, and the children's bubble bath pool has scheduled operating times. Staff members regularly patrol the pools, adjusting water temperatures, clearing leaves, and ensuring the pools remain clean. Indoors, there were showers, body scrubs, and complimentary fruits and snacks. The second floor of the bath area featured a relaxation zone, a small soft play area, a dragon-fire bath, and a cinema. At 9 PM, overnight guests could enjoy a complimentary late-night snack service, including noodles, congee, eggs, and side dishes. The hotel breakfast was just okay; although there was a good variety, the taste was average, not as good as the late-night snacks. Since we had a child, the hotel also provided adorable kids' toothbrushes and bathrobes, which the little ones absolutely loved. A delightful day came to an end, and the children didn't want to go home, but rooms are so hard to book during holidays that we had to head back."

"The room is tidy and clean, and the location is good. It is in Daimachi, very close to 219 Park. There are many coffee shops around. The environment is beautiful, the air is fresh, and it is quiet and private. The cleaning lady's service is very good and she takes the initiative to say hello when meeting. The equipment in the gym is a little short, and it would be better to expand it appropriately. Will consider it as an option next time I stay."

"在攜程上看了好長時間勝利賓館了，之前一直都想體驗一把，但最後都沒能體驗成功。這次終於有機會來這裏入住了，我住的是407房間，雙床房，下面説説體驗。 服務：這次辦理入住的過程中，前台操作準確，辦理入住的速度快、效率高。對於我提出的一些問題，前台也能夠很好地、很耐心地解答，服務這方面做的還是挺到位的。但是有一個小點想要指出來一下，就是我這個訂單裏面寫的，是有一份歡迎水果的，但是可能是我辦理入住的時間有些晚吧，到店已經快8點了，所以可能停止供應了。具體什麼情況我也不太清楚，辦理入住的時候，我也沒和前台提這個事兒，因為我坐了一天的高鐵了，挺累的，想快點兒去房間休息一下，所以就忘記説了。退房的時候，前台也沒有提及這個事兒，可能是忘了吧。但是希望下次酒店可以把歡迎水果這一項落到實處。 環境：環境這塊沒的説，畢竟是歷史悠久的、接待外賓的高檔酒店，無論是樓體，還是大堂，或者是房間內部，環境都非常能夠令人滿意。尤其是大堂，非常寬敞明亮，一進去就給人很高級的感覺。同時，走廊也有一股香薰的味道，非常好。 衞生：這次入住，衞生方面也能夠令人滿意。我入住的407房間，衞生方面基本上沒有發現問題。衹有兩個小點，那就是枱燈上有明顯的積灰（圖12）。還有就是在衞生間的毛巾上發現了一衹小飛蟲（圖14）。所以還是希望酒店方在日常掃房的時候多留意一下衞生方面的細節。 設施：要説這次入住，最遺憾的地方就是設施方面了，當然，也有很好的地方。 首先就是，房間裏面配備了小冰箱，小冰箱的製冷效果很好，裏面還放了兩瓶水（圖11）。同時在桌子上還額外放了四瓶常温的水（圖6），等於説一個房間一次性提供了六瓶礦泉水。這個數量在我住的這麼多酒店裡麪，還是頭一個，提供水的數量真的很充足，能看出酒店的誠意。 第二點就是，房間內部配備了消防面具和手電筒（圖9+圖10），這讓我們在安全方面得到了多一份的保障。 第三點，酒店大堂有送物機器人（圖13），能夠做到無接觸配送服務，節省了不少的人力。 第四點，房間的枕頭有兩種。一種是普通的枕頭，另一種是記憶棉材質的枕頭。看了一下枕頭自身的標簽，記憶棉材質的枕頭是夢百合的，大牌子了，躺上去很舒適。 另外，酒店有一個自己的系統，主要是提供借物服務的。掃描房間床頭擺放的碼（圖15）之後，就會進入到酒店的借物頁面，能借的東西不少。這點也可以看出酒店在服務方面做的很到位，希望繼續保持下去。 還有，407房間雖然説中央空調，但是製冷效果可一點兒都不差。之前我住的一些有中央空調的酒店，製冷效果都不是很好，但勝利賓館的空調沒有出現這個問題，還是值得點讚的。 最後就是，房間的衞生間配有一次性毛巾和浴巾（圖8），可以看出酒店考慮的還是很周到的。 接下來就要説一些問題了，這些問題看起來不大，但是也請酒店能夠重視一下，就針對我住的407房間來説。 首先，407房間的電話不能用，拿起聽筒後，沒有任何聲音。包括機器人送餐的時候，都到門口了，但是房間裏面的電話卻一直都不響。因為之前我住的所有的酒店，機器人到門口的時候，房間電話都會響，提示去門口取餐，但這次沒有。如果是電話本身真的就是不好用的，那請酒店對407房間的電話進行維修；如果在電話是好使的情況下，機器人送到門口時電話也不響，那希望酒店能夠對電話優化一下，讓電話能夠響起來。 第二點就是，407房間的wifi不能用。不管是掃床頭上的“連接wifi”的碼，還是在設定裏面找，都找不到407的wifi。我衹能連隔壁405的，不太清楚這是怎麼回事，還請酒店能夠及時排查一下。 第三點，407房間的電視遙控器或是電視不太好使。按遙控器上面的返回鍵，電視的屏保無法正常關閉，不知道是不是因為設施老化了導致的接觸不嚴（視頻1）。 整體就是上面的這些。可以説，這次入住，整體下來還是非常放心和滿足的。勝利賓館雖然歷經歲月的滄桑，但是依然能夠保持很高的質量，而且價格也挺平穩，在同價位的酒店裡麪，勝利賓館還是非常能打的，如果能再優化優化設施就更好了。這次由於入住的晚，沒能在這裏待上更長的時間，所以下次如果還有機會的話，我還會考慮到這裏入住的。 傳承國賓服務文化 鑄就百年卓越品牌，這是印在房卡上面的文字，應該也是勝利賓館的口號。希望酒店能夠把這一口號發揚下去，希望酒店能夠越來越好。"
