First I was supposed to give 2 stars because when we arrive at hotel, they only accept cash in twd dollar as we thought already paid via online. So, it caused us to paid more compared to online as the exchange rate. We dunno why they wanted us paid first via online and then refund to us after the day check out. This will make the process too complicated. This hotel was so traditional even no online payment & maybe doesn't have debit card too? Honestly, the hotel was really nice looking & clean as the pic shown. The toilet look good but the bathroom door was so so old and rushed cannot close. The bed was strangely & weirdly comfortable but it sounds of spring so so noisy when we moving around the bed. This must be changed because senior or someone not comfortable with hard bed should not booking this hotel!!! The aircon work well but at night it automatically closed down. Maybe save electricity or something as thought we didn't set anything?? This hotel provided buffet at morning (6.30 - 8.30am) such as toast, rice and porridge. It so nice since this hotel was budgeted compared to other which more expensive. However, we dunno why they set the time so earlier in the morning should be until 11 am or 12 pm. Who will wake up in that time?? Maybe people cannot sleep that time or something else. I 100 % sure that the foods will be leftover. The service was well...ok nothing to comments. The overall still budgeted hotel & the location from train station was so near, the Wen Hua night market was so near about 800 meter. We still NOT STRATIFICATION with this hotel !!!!

a super nice kids hotel. the rooms equip with slides and race car, my toddler is so excited. and there is an indoor playground at hotel lobby as well . breakfast wise not much choice but it comes in set. food is good as well. and hotel is very near to train station. 5mins walk away

I stay at this hotel regularly every year. My favorite is the breakfast, which is very rich. I brought my family here this time and both adults and children were very satisfied. Looking forward to coming back in August this year.

Breakfast is OK, the hotel is in a good position, the car is parked on the edge of the hotel. We can't accommodate an extra bed in a twin room. Originally, I saw that after 14 o'clock on the order, I can stay in the counter. Mr. Counter can only check in after 15:30. Finally, according to his prescribed time, the procedures are wrong.

The room is a bit small, but it is very close to the train station. It is also very convenient to go out to the night market.

The lighting in the room is not bright enough, the bathroom appliances are a bit old, the refrigerator still has items from previous customers, the breakfast meals are OK, generally OK.

I accidentally found Chiayi's back garden. Wuliuyuan is located next to Lantan Reservoir. We all unexpectedly entered the park. It was like a paradise with trees. The green plants were diverse and unique. We booked a family room for 6 people. Before entering the room, there is a red cockroach. This is a homestay with the theme of Hemu, Flat Bai, Xiao Yu. It feels a bit Japanese-style. The breakfast is quite special and delicious. There are also essential oils and log tables and chairs in the homestay. I personally think that the price is reasonable. There's no feeling of being knocked.

The hotel room is very spacious, the bed is very big, clean and comfortable. If you take the high-speed rail to Chiayi, you can take the BRT bus and get off at Shixian Bade Station. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. If you want to go to Wenhua Road Night Market from the hotel, you can also take the BRT. The bus is very convenient. When you go out of the hotel, turn left and you will find a CNPC gas station and a large 7-11 convenience store. The breakfast in the hotel is simple but sincere, and the room price is reasonable. I have been to Chiayi many times, and whenever I can get a reservation, I will always choose Royal Hotel. Pin Hotel
