設施：較新 衞生：乾淨 環境：整潔 服務：很好 就是酒店隔音差了些，半夜被新開房的客人吵醒了，又是客房服務，又是洗澡，開電視，孩子的吵鬧聲。。。有點無語，不過畢竟不是自己家裡，都忍了。 今早退房還收到小姐姐送來的玫瑰花，很意外哦！🥰🥰🥰

總體來説滿意的。在一個小縣城裡能有這個級別的酒店不容易啦 我比較喜歡的是裝修風格，服務態度，包括打掃的阿姨們也是非常和藹可親。見了客户主動笑臉打招呼。應該是公司教育到位。 這些細節，客户有在看哦。尤其是我這種比較細的人。 我提幾條建設性意見供參考： 1）打掃要用吸塵器好好吸一吸。光用拖把拖沒用的。先吸，然後拖一下才好。還有，很多角落沒有打掃。還有沙發的縫隙。如果做不到每次，那最少比如説每週要有一次徹底的。不然會一直積累下去，比如我的床頭下面的灰塵和頭髮，沙發縫隙裏的渣渣……這些，你用吸塵器換個吸頭就能輕鬆做到的 2）最好能有個冰箱。第一次見沒有冰箱的賓館。 3）我掛着請勿打擾，但清掃的阿姨們完全無視。阿姨跟我解釋説酒店規定她們下班前一定要敲一下確認是否要打掃。這個規定不對啦。那還要那個牌子幹什麼呢？我掛了請勿打擾，就不要進來不要敲門。這個需要管理層改一下規定。 4）預訂的時候沒有禁煙房的選項，衹有兩個都可以的那種。但一定要單獨設定禁煙房。有些人，包括我，是超級討厭煙味的。我預訂的時候和另一家價格一樣的酒店猶豫的點就在於另一家明確説有禁煙房。我入住的時候還想着，如果這邊沒有禁煙房我就退掉去另一家，還好我這次的房間沒有煙味。 5）窗户裡外要打掃，擦乾淨。太臟了。

來到磁州旅遊，看了附近的很多酒店，感覺檔次都差不多，所以就選擇了這家離客車站相對較近，出行較為方便的一家門店 入住之後感覺還是有一些驚喜的，首先是房間的衞生很讓人滿意，雖然是特價房，而且沒有窗户，但是房間的衞生無論是衞生間還是床上用品，不是對得起這個價格 其次就是前台的服務了，入住的時候發現房間裏面有一個燈有點問題，立刻給調換了房間，在退房的時候，因為在外面沒有辦法回來又幫我延遲了一下，2:00退房還能延遲，真的很好，雖然我也就晚了5分鐘，但是這種處理事情的態度值得表揚 第3個就是在這邊租了一個自行車，他們也很大方的讓我把車推到了房間，在磁州好好的騎行了一天 最後也是想給酒店提一點建議吧，如果能夠做上早餐就更好了，畢竟還有餐廳還有會議室，可能是因為現在遊客較少的原因
