"A fantastic stay. The hotel feels very new. Upon entering, we were immediately charmed by the welcoming staff at the entrance and the stunning, tastefully designed water features. Our spacious room featured a practical wet/dry separation in the bathroom and boasted an excellent view. The sofa and coffee table were thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable area perfect for working, reading, or simply relaxing and chatting. Breakfast offered a wide selection and excellent quality. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Cixi."

"Room is good design but inside has very things chargeable. The 400 rmb room is without window . There is no big difference in the cheaper and expensive room . So better book the cheaper one . When I asked the receptionist she said the expensive room is recently renovated so price high."

"The advantage of Four Seasons Ivy is that the decoration is new, so everything looks clean. But there are definitely deficiencies in staff training and facility maintenance. When the laundry detergent was empty, the staff should have taken the initiative to replenish it. However, after the guest called the front desk, a big man came with a disposable cup filled with laundry detergent and said why the guest didn't go and get it himself. The service awareness really needs to be improved. The shower door in the room was poorly sealed, and a large pool of water would splash out after a shower. It was especially easy for the slippers to get wet and fall."

"I booked it decisively after seeing that it was renovated in 2022. I was not disappointed after checking in. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and the service was very considerate. I said that my sleep quality was not good, so they arranged a quiet room for me. The room was equipped with smart Xiaodu, which was good. I booked an afternoon tea set, and the waiter arranged for me to drink tea in the lobby on the first floor. The lobby was also quiet and not noisy. The breakfast was a buffet with various dishes. I especially liked their small wontons, which were delicious. I would recommend it to friends next time."

"A huge thank you to Jett from Guest Services for their incredibly thoughtful arrangements. They proactively reached out a day before our stay to understand our needs. Upon learning we were traveling with a baby, they not only pre-booked the kids' club for us but also upgraded us to a suite. The room was even prepared with welcome fruits and a welcome toy, which were such considerate touches. Any feedback or issues we had were also addressed very promptly. The dinner service provided was excellent, featuring six dishes and a soup. Additionally, for an extra 68 RMB per person, we had the option to upgrade to the buffet dinner at the downstairs cafe, which was fantastic value!"

"A big hotel, spacious and strategically located in the Hangzhou Bay business district. Rooms are clean and somewhat modern. Around are plenty of eateries (halal aplenty) and GR Mall is a short walk away. Do enjoy the morning breakfast; lots of food choices with capacious dining area."
