先説優點吧。 1、距離金口河收費區很近，下了高速路口沒多久就到 2、是個當地人（應該是）自己修的4層樓的賓館，很新，四處瓦光鋥亮，東西也齊全，洗澡水也很熱，尤其是衞生間乾乾淨淨（這個地方最容易看出衞生水平）。 3、有充電樁。 不足： 1、4層樓，沒電梯。有腿腳不好的長者一定注意，其他民宿我不知道，但似乎大部分都是自家修的，都沒電梯。 2、關於樓層：一樓好像是沒有客房的，即使有也最好算了，因為一樓就是用餐區，相當於你早上睡沒睡醒大夥就在門口不到2米的地方吃東西，絕對不可能繼續睡着。 3、吵：是修在馬路邊邊的一個小院，離馬路就幾米，對面不遠處有個施工工地，入住期間是停工的，不知道是否是因為節假日的緣故。 4、我們定的晚，給安排到4樓就是頂樓上去了，我們房間的位置很特殊，相當於是樓頂上加蓋出來的幾間屋，推門出來就是樓頂的平台，直接暴露在環境噪聲裏，門口的路就是大渡河的那條國道，車不少，夜間也有。其次，房間正上方就是酒店水箱，一放水就轟轟響。房間隔音差，隨便哪個房間拖凳子（就凳子在瓷磚上阻力很大的摩擦出來的那個鈍祥），都聽得很清楚。 5、門口的廊燈竟然是感應式的，半夜翻身稍微大一點，就給感應亮了，一晚上照醒我好幾回。 綜上，住宿條件整體不錯，衞生程度滿意。但睡眠質量不行的一定記得帶耳塞來，還有腿腳不太好的要慎住，至少能爬2樓。
