"I liked it, BUT... First the good: They brought me a heater when the robe wasn't enough. All of the staff is so very kind and attentive. All speak excellent or job appropriate English. It is a great place for these two reasons. But there is more good news. They're connected by a hallway to Luckin and 7/11 which make a nice comfort with inclement weather or when yr in a rush. The pillow menu lavendar pillow has no smell but the herbal Chinese Chrysanthemum is perfect olfactory and texture. There are extra blankets and pillows. Why it was my first and last: Wait til yr downstairs to call your car service. Floors 3-35 are for apartment residents, except for 7 which is the gym, spa, cafes. Ride to 36, change elevators to go to floors 36-50 hotel rooms. It's not that clean. Everything is kinda dusty. Everywhere, random hair which was gross to me: hand soap pump, the tub, breakfast ewww. The wood panel walls have never met Murphys Oil Soap and they look like the years they've been there. Also if yr allergic, be forewarned the French toast has peanut butter in it. I wanted to go to the sauna and steam room but the things I saw in the room made me think I shouldn't. They can and should do better. The people who work there are lovely and it is a decent building but I wouldn't stay again because I need more cleanliness."

"This hotel offers good value for money. It's just across the road from the furniture market, which makes it super convenient for furniture shopping. There are a lot of foreigners staying here, mainly South Asians like Indians. The hotel breakfast is also pretty good, which was the main reason I chose this place. Plus, on the second floor, they have authentic Cantonese dim sum for both breakfast and dinner. I didn't realize this on my first day and went out to eat, ended up spending tens of yuan on taxi fare for food that wasn't even as authentic as what the hotel offers. Next time I'm in town for furniture, I'll definitely choose this hotel again."

"The Courtyard by Marriott is a Marriott-affiliated hotel. The lobbies for both hotels are on different floors—one on the first and the other on the second. It's a relatively new hotel, having opened in 2023. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable, with single beds measuring 1.35 meters. The bedding is clean and cozy. The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Qiandeng Lake and Wanda Plaza, meaning there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, there's the Aeon bus service from Foshan to Shenzhen, which is quite convenient. All in all, I had a pretty good experience!"

"Susan was very helpful. There was a great reception team. They helped me order food and even organised a cab to get to Zhuhai. They also kept our bags after checkout for a few hours too. Highly recommend. The male manager was very kind and courteous too, I didn't get his name as his name card on his shirt was in chinese. Great service and would recommend."

"I needed to print an urgent document late at night, but the printer connected to the front desk computer, operated by Jay, had a paper jam. The staff member on duty remained completely calm. While quickly fixing the issue, he simultaneously used his phone's hotspot to connect to my laptop and guided me to the business center where I successfully printed my document. His ability to handle emergencies and his dual-pronged approach to problem-solving demonstrated exceptionally high professionalism."

"I specifically came to Foshan to buy furniture and chose the Sofitel Foshan, which has a great reputation. Before checking in, I saw the hotel's introduction, and it definitely lived up to expectations once I was there. The hotel's decor, from the first-floor entrance to the rooms, is very stylish. This time, I stayed in a Luxury Postmodern room, which also had a lot of character. The overall facilities in the room were excellent, and the hygiene was very good. This morning, I saw Jingjing, the floor manager. Even though the hotel was very busy, she went above and beyond to graciously grant us a late check-out, allowing me to take a nap after finishing my furniture shopping. The service was truly exceptional!"

"I found this Holiday Inn Express on Trip.com, and seeing its good reviews and location, I booked it directly. It turned out to be a great choice, no regrets at all – fantastic value for money! The biggest surprise was the location and transportation. It's less than 100 meters from Exit C of the subway station. Getting to Zumiao Temple and Lingnan Tiandi is just a 10-odd yuan taxi ride or an easy subway trip, so no time is wasted on commuting. Plus, the hotel is connected to the Xin DNA shopping mall, with a supermarket, restaurants, and a cinema downstairs. If you want a late-night snack or to buy something, you just head downstairs – a lazy person's dream! The room has the typical practical layout you see on Trip.com, around 28 square meters, and it wasn't cramped for two people. The bedding was very clean, the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and there were pillows of different firmness levels to choose from. Getting a good night's sleep after a tiring journey is crucial. The bathroom was sparkling clean with no strange smells; I felt completely at ease regarding hygiene. The decor is a bit minimalist, though, with plain walls and basic-looking furniture, but it's clean and durable, which is perfectly adequate for this price point. The breakfast was also super delicious, but unfortunately, my friend had a medical check-up and couldn't join. Hahahaha"

The environment is fantastic with a great view, and all the rooms are on the 30th floor or higher, which is excellent. The hotel breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of choices and delicious food."

Plus, they offer a free shuttle to the furniture city, which is fantastic! The breakfast is delicious, and having robots deliver food outside is super convenient. My sister and I had a hotpot here in winter, and it was so cozy and relaxing."
