"Our trip to Changbai Mountain this time was fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the excellent service! Right from the start, Manager Benjamin had everything perfectly organized, from details like ski equipment deposits, operating hours, and hot spring reservations, to even sending videos of the routes to the ski resort. We didn't have to worry about a thing. What was most thoughtful was how customer service would proactively remind us of every schedule point, such as breakfast times, shuttle departures, and when the ski resort closed. They were more punctual than my own alarm clock! The hotel rooms were also clean and tidy."

"I was very satisfied with this stay, and what surprised and touched me the most was the butler's service. He not only paid meticulous attention to every detail, but more importantly, his genuine care made the entire stay feel incredibly warm and personal. His service didn't feel like a rigid process; instead, it was filled with a natural, friendly thoughtfulness. What impressed me even more was that due to my oversight, I forgot to return my ski pass upon check-out. With my high-speed train departure time fast approaching, I couldn't handle it myself. After contacting the hotel, the butler actually offered to make a special trip to the high-speed train station, outside of his working hours, to collect the pass and return it for me. This level of help completely exceeded my expectations, not only solving my immediate problem but also showing me their truly responsible attitude towards guests. Thank you for his outstanding work. He not only represents the service standard of the hotel but also made this trip especially memorable because of this wonderful human connection. Thanks to the butler's hard work, this journey ended on a perfect note. I highly recommend it to all friends who value quality and service details!"

"The rooms at the Holiday Inn Express are exceptionally clean, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. Special thanks to staff members Zhang Yan and Zhang Qingmei, who even brought us coffee and were incredibly helpful with all our questions – truly excellent service. The environment is also very pleasant. Front desk agent Liu Quantong was extremely enthusiastic and responsive to all our needs, making for a truly wonderful experience."

"❄️ The hotel is not the most convenient choice for families with young children or for less experienced skiers, as it is located away from the city centre. Guests always need to rely on shuttles or taxis to get around. The city centre is also where the hot springs, water park, and the snow and ice attractions are located, so unfortunately a lot of time is wasted in transport. 🚐 Shuttle service is a clear area for improvement. The frequency is limited, and we often had to wait quite a while—sometimes missing two full shuttles before being able to board. Increasing the number of shuttles would make a big difference. 🎿 Ski passes are flexible: they can be used on any day, including check-in and check-out days. Usage is limited to once per night, and you can choose either daytime or nighttime skiing—but not both on the same day. However, you don’t need to use them on consecutive days, which gives families more freedom to plan rest days. 🏠 On the positive side, the room was spacious and well equipped. The bar, fitness area, ping-pong room, and yoga room were all enjoyable and added variety to the stay. Breakfast is also quite varied and good."

"This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service! We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much! When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly. I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!"

"Booked the Wanda Jin Suites Hotel for our ski trip to Changbai Mountain, and it was absolutely the right choice! From the moment we got off the car, our butler Kitty provided thoughtful assistance throughout our stay. The hotel had already informed us about their shuttle service beforehand, so we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. Our room was a suite, incredibly spacious, and the underfloor heating was so good we could comfortably wear short sleeves inside. The hotel also includes hot springs, perfect for a relaxing soak after skiing – we didn't want to leave! The breakfast selection was extensive, with freshly cooked options too. Kitty's attention to detail was top-notch. I'll definitely be staying here again for my next ski trip!"

"I rarely leave reviews, but I have to say, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Honestly, the comfort level is comparable to Hyatt and Park Hyatt, and it's far better than other options at the same price point. Five-star recommendation! 👍 Although it's not within the Wanda Resort area, it's close to #Songjianghe Town, making dining very convenient. Plus, it's closer to the scenic spots than the hotels in Wanda and Luneng. A major highlight of Pullman is its three adorable deer 🦌! You can even buy carrots at the front desk to feed them and take photos. Besides the deer, the hotel's garden environment is beautiful and provides fantastic photo opportunities 📷. Another big plus for Pullman is its heated indoor pool, a separate children's pool, billiards, table tennis, a mahjong room, and facilities for fitness or spa treatments~ The final highlight is how quiet and uncrowded it is here! The hotel also included a complimentary double seafood buffet dinner (with a huge variety and genuinely delicious food, plus excellent service 😋). You can leisurely enjoy it without any queues! Furthermore, the rooms are spacious and bright, and looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows at the snow-covered forest creates a truly unique atmosphere 🥰."

"This trip to Changbai Mountain was full of surprises! I didn't expect to find such a wonderful guesthouse here. The car that picked me up from the high-speed rail station was an Audi A8. The guesthouse is located in the center of the town, making it convenient to go anywhere, and it's quite close to the airport and the high-speed rail station. The guesthouse has a large courtyard, and the rooms are very clean and of a high standard! The food at the guesthouse is quite good, especially the breakfast, which is very exquisite. The butler service is also excellent! It truly lives up to its five-star rating! It was really great! I will definitely stay here again next year! The only regret is that I wanted to switch to a lake-view cabin, but they were full and I couldn't change. The view was so beautiful, so dreamy, I must stay here next time."

"The large hotel is spacious and grand, with a large parking lot and ample parking spaces. The lobby exudes a high-class feel. From the moment I stepped into the front desk, I experienced professional and meticulous service; the staff were warm and attentive. The rooms were spacious and clean, with complete and comfortable amenities and comfortable bedding. Waking up in the morning, I saw Changbai Mountain shrouded in mist outside my window – the natural scenery was beautiful! [Thumbs up] The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western dishes. It's worth noting that every staff member provided enthusiastic service and answered all my questions. The outdoor hot springs were not open, and only a few indoor hot spring pools were open, but the water was visibly clean. The water temperatures in the different pools varied slightly, allowing me to choose the one that suited me best. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. I will definitely come back next time I have the chance to visit Changbai Mountain! [Grinning face]"
