客棧離草海和新華銀匠小鎮景區很近，房間空間大，裝修比較新，整體環境較好，還有很大的運動空間，前面的圖片是剛到店的感覺。後面的圖片就是入住後要吐槽的，希望客棧能改善：1.洗臉盤沒熱水；2.房間電視衹顯示條紋；3.馬桶旁沒有廁紙盒；4.浴室的用品和茶包一起放外面，很不方便；5.分體空調開到30度還覺得不夠暖，房間大，空調馬力不夠，房間冷熱不均。找服務員也解決不了問題，又不能換房間。

房間看着挺新的，裝修也很舒服。服務很熱情，微笑服務為宗旨，令人賓至如歸。地段離客運站和雲鶴樓均為1公里多點，然後離各大景點打車均在15元以內。唯一要改進的是那個洗手盆，太淺了，水流又太猛，控制不好沒留意時就濺了一身水。總體瑕不掩瑜哦
