Despite arriving late after a challenging bike ride through rain and wind, I was greeted with warmth and generosity. Even though the restaurant was closed, the General Manager went above and beyond, treating me to a meal. Such gestures truly make this hotel stand out as a beacon of hospitality and care.

Manager Wan's service is very professional and the experience is very nice! Breakfast is very comfortable. After eating, go around. A lake flows down from the hotel. Listening to the sound of the water, it is full of healing. It seems to be immersed in the forest and watching the happiness of the distant mountains. The design of the hotel's internal room makes people have a long-lost intimacy, unlike the sense of order of a regular hotel. It makes people feel happy, even the hotel's dining is very good, the dishes ordered are full and taste great. I hope I have a chance to stay next time~

I was really satisfied with my stay this time. I used to stay in Hong'an and often stayed at the Garden Hotel. I felt that the room was very old. This time I felt that the hotel was completely new. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was a grade higher than before. I will come to Hong'an every year and choose the Garden Hotel.

Health is general, breakfast facilities are too poor, health is not clean, there is hair in the dishes, disposable tableware can not be used.

There is a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, next to the Wal-Mart supermarket and commercial street, parking shopping and eating are very convenient. The front desk lady was kind, because it was a multi-person trip, booked more rooms, and gave us two free upgrades. The hotel should be newly renovated and looks very new. The room is clean and tidy, and there is intelligent system control. Outside the window is the river park and green belt. The view is good. It is a good place to take a walk and run in the morning. If you come to Hong'an in the future, this hotel will be my best choice.

酒店環境不僅乾淨衞生，設計的也很好，住進去有種回家的感覺，前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，停車很方便，就在大門口，出差首選，房間設施配備很齊全，下次還會住滴！
