本來想給差評，但是沒必要，先説一下想給的原因 是因為晚上入住，睡覺的時候中央空調太響了，本來是真的中央空調響動是有的，但是沒有想到這麼大，一整晚沒有睡好，其次是因為空調響動想打前台電話的，但是發現沒有座機，本身比較累，所以將就睡了，第二天是想給個差評，但想想算了，設備問題畢竟是酒店比較年久的問題，空調也改不了，因為我年紀不大，如果是老年人肯定是整晚睡不了的，建議去找師傅維修一下

早上下那麼大的雨，真的太難打車了，高鐵衹能延期沒有辦法。酒店工作人員看我等了好久，上前詢問是不是要幫助，跟他們説明瞭情況。大概五分鐘左右，酒店就派車送我了，非常感動，司機小李服務也特別熱情。下次來懷化繼續住珈禾至尊酒店。
