"Consistently satisfying, as always. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the spacious rooms never feel cramped. Unlike many hotels that lower their AC in the afternoons to save costs, this place keeps it running perfectly, which I really appreciate! The service is excellent; the staff always greets guests proactively. A special mention for Ms. FK at the front desk; she's always so thoughtful and efficient during check-in 👍. The surrounding area is very vibrant, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It has truly become my regular spot."

"After so many business trips, this hotel was truly a lifesaver! It was easy to find, and the desk in the room was large enough for my laptop and files, which was perfect. The Wi-Fi was fast, so video calls ran smoothly without any lag. The breakfast downstairs didn't have a huge variety, but there was enough to eat – soy milk, fried dough sticks, and eggs were all available, so I could start my day well-fed. Most importantly, it was close to my client's office, just a 10-15 minute walk, which saved me a lot of travel time. Definitely a five-star experience!"

"We are from Canada and this is our second time staying here. We were here last year with our elderly father in law and we very much enjoyed our stay so we decided to stay here again on the Executive Suite level. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the daily breakfast and then the included tea time, dinner and laundry service package which is fabulous and all for an unbeatable price! They even replace a button on your shirt if needed when they do your laundry! The heated multi-functional toilet is nice. Communication is not an issue as some staff speak English or we use our translator app with no issues at all. Amazing service! We quite enjoy the Gladden Hotel."

"An unforgettable experience( tonight 10PM, 26/9/2025): ”The partner company invited me to dinner and drink abit the wine. After my partner took me back to the hotel, I waved goodbye to 2 receptionists as I passed by. She waved goodbye, saw my red face, and asked a few questions in Chinese that I didn't understand. I was also very sleepy and tired, so I took the elevator upstairs to my room. After sleeping for 30 minutes, the hotel receptionist and two police kept knocking on the door and asking a lot of questions about my trip. I was just sleeping at the time and didn't cause any trouble. Fortunately, I called my local partner and asked them to talk to me, and the two policemen let me go back to bed.”"

"Stayed three nights for a business trip, and I was running out of clean white shirts. Turns out the hotel offers free laundry service, and the lady brought them back smelling like sunshine! Breakfast was an even bigger surprise: freshly made noodle soup with a soft-boiled egg, even better than homemade. I felt a pang of reluctance when checking out – this wasn't just staying at a hotel, it was like encountering a benevolent spirit."

"The lady at the front desk responded in a timely manner. Because I needed to use the washing machine for travel, she also arranged and answered the questions in a timely manner. I had previously deposited some materials in the hotel and had to pick them up after a few months. I was very embarrassed, but the hotel did not rush me and the service attitude was very good. , thank you~"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to have late check out which I appreciated a lot. My grandpa loved the red tea provided for breakfast very much. One thing to improve would be having anti-slippery mat in the bathroom. All in all, my family had a great trip in this restaurant."
