"1.新開的酒店，智能馬桶硬件還不錯，房間乾淨整齊，超出預期。2.説一下酒店的廁所。本人洗澡完，用的腳墊鋪在花灑下面洗澡，一次性拖鞋在洗浴房玻璃外面，洗完澡出來一衹腳剛踩上拖鞋，就毫無緩沖的整個摔倒在地板上，大拇指流血，小腿和髖關節軟組織受傷，當時整個人都摔懵了。（這個酒店的廁所地板不防滑，比別的酒店都滑，這個酒店負責人第二天也去房間試了，她也承認是，第二天我老公也去地板弄了點水試了試，非常的滑）3.説一下服務。摔倒後打前台電話，酒店負責人和另外一名員工也及時來房間，帶着我去對面的醫院説是拍個片子，跟我説15分鐘左右就回來。因為我還有個四個月寶寶要餵奶，本來不想去，看他們説是15分鐘左右所以就去了，那時候是晚上8點50多，想着一會兒就回來。等到了醫院，先是給我腳包紮，然後就去拍片子，結果説是拍ct要停止餵奶2-3天，核磁當天晚上也拍不了。這一來一回給我一下子耽擱了一個多小時，中途另外一個員工説家裡有事態度很不好的和不耐煩就回去了，剩下酒店負責人推着我在醫院，我老公把孩子給我婆婆也過來了。等我老公來了後，過了一會大概十點左右，酒店負責人説她要回去家裡有個小孩，就扔下我和我老公要走，我説你先別走，你家有孩子，我酒店還有一個十歲孩子，還有一個四個月寶寶就不是孩子了，這個負責人聽了跟我嚷嚷了幾句就自顧自的走了，剩下我老公在醫院。最後沒辦法，我老公讓醫生給我來了診斷證明拿着才回去，回去下着大雨，就這麼推着輪椅回去了。我老公送完我又返回醫院去華南輪椅拿診斷證明，直到第二天早晨七點多酒店負責人也沒有和我聯繫。最後我去吃早點，正好碰見了，才叫着出來跟我把這個事情説怎麼處理一下。也沒有問我恢復的怎麼樣，態度之冷漠！4.我想説的是，其實也不想太糾纏這件事，幸虧衹是軟組織受傷。因為還有寶寶，第二天吃完飯就想退房走了，但是酒店負責人在這件事情的處理上，當天晚上沒有給我買冷敷葯，到最後給我們扔在醫院，第二天沒有及時聯繫我們這個態度上，我想了想還是發出來，希望酒店能提升自身服務、管理，以及提升在遇到突發事件上的應急措施。這次如果是個長者或者孕婦，那後果不堪設想！也提醒後面住客，他家廁所真的是地板見水後超級超級滑，一定要小心！5.説一下早點，除了湯，其他基本都是涼的！"
