"The first room we were assigned had a persistent foul odor. We reported it to the front desk, and they promptly addressed it, but by evening, the smell had returned. We requested a room change, and the front desk was very cooperative. But here's where it gets really bizarre! After switching rooms, the new one had a musty, somewhat smoky smell. It improved slightly after we turned on the air conditioning, and we figured it was still an improvement over the previous room, so we decided to tolerate it. While my son was playing, he suddenly said he saw a child run past. (We've traveled extensively and stayed in countless hotels, including other hotels on subsequent nights, and have *never* encountered anything like this before.) I was absolutely terrified, but I didn't want my reaction to alarm my son, and it was already late, so we decided not to request another room change again. The next morning, when I drew open the curtains, I discovered our room overlooked a hillside covered with graves. I was utterly horrified. We had originally booked for two nights, but I couldn't bring myself to stay another night. So we immediately checked out and left around 8 AM."

Originally we thought there was only a small floor area, but after the staff introduced it, we followed their route and walked around. We really felt that this trip was worthwhile! The 24-hour campus shuttle service provides barrier-free service for those who are pregnant or have mobility impairments. We brought our dog with us, and there was a rest area for the dog, which needed to be paid for by the dog. Overall, it is a highly recommended hot spring accommodation!"

"This is my second time staying here. Outdoors is my favorite place. It’s a pity that the hot spring hotel does not have an outdoor hot spring pool. I can only take a bath in the huge hot spring pool indoors where I can’t see the view. There was a lot of lint in the drinking water cups. The tableware cleaning staff did not use the correct method... If you wipe it with a napkin, there will be no lint... I am a little hesitant to use it. I wonder if they use the guest towel to wipe the water cups? The toilet is not bidet, which is a big demerit... The shampoo and shower gel are packaged in fired ceramic bottles. Although they are very textured, they are inconvenient to use. It is impossible to control the amount poured and the lotion is very slippery when it comes into contact with water. I am very worried that it will break. The hot spring pool is very large and three or four adults can take a bath together. The air conditioner is very cold ~ Finally, all the breakfast service staff are very friendly 🙂 They all make people have a very good breakfast mood ❤️"

"We arrived late at the resort, check-in was fast and smooth and the moment we enter the room we wished that we had more time at the resort. The resort had 3 areas for soaking in 温泉。Then open air( with swimming costumes) at a separate building just right of the main building- you can see it in the pictures. There’s also a naked spa ( separated by guys/women) at level 8. I much prefer the in room 温泉。 the soaking tubs were really clean and the toilets are huge. Breakfast was a good mixture of option. The hotel also give a piece of local brown sugar cake for the rooms as a door/welcome gift for the guest. If you do have extra time, do not miss the outdoor area at level 6. Prefect for hanging out at night with some beer accompanied with view!"

"My second visit to Zhuo Ye Cottage! Last time, I only came for the delicious vegetarian food, but this time, we decided to stay overnight. I absolutely love the atmosphere here. Breakfast was tasty, and the vegetarian dinner was fantastic – I especially enjoyed the sesame oil monkey head mushroom noodles. The scenery is lovely, and it's a great spot for taking photos. The indigo dyeing DIY activity was also incredibly fun! It created wonderful memories for the whole family ❤️. The hydrangea ice cream was natural, delicious, and very photogenic. All in all, it’s a fantastic place for a holiday. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The only slight disappointment was a noticeable odor in the restroom. While it wasn't overly unpleasant, it did detract a bit from the overall experience, so it's something to be aware of if you're particular about that. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely visit again."
