"The service at the hotel was excellent, and every staff member was very attentive. Although the hotel does not have an elevator, the staff kindly carried our luggage up to the room for us. We don’t speak much Chinese and this was our first time visiting China, but the staff spoke English very well. At first, we were quite worried since most people usually speak Chinese, but the staff supported us in every way—they helped us call for transportation, recommended food, and guided us with travel plans. The hotel’s food and drinks were also delicious—everything we tried tasted great. Overall, we were extremely impressed. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back to stay here again."

"I love this hotel .. highly recommend good location only 50 meter walk to Siguniangshan Shuangqiaogou entrance and ticket service .. room was beautiful and very big and very warm there are floor heater and also heater in restroom with automatic toilet but there is no a hand held bidet there provide a big water with drink hot water dispenser in room good view from window ... especially we love the man who is cooker, receiver, bag keeper, he is superman and very friendly .. I will sure stay here again and recommend my friend 10/10"

"The room was very spacious. We arrived late at night, and the owner upgraded us to a family room. Facilities: Everything you could need, including a humidifier in the room and a powerful hairdryer! There's also a laundry room upstairs. Environment: Clean and tidy, with a beautiful view. You can see the scenery right from the window. Service: The owner was so kind 🥹 We arrived by car late at night. After parking, we found a nail in our tire and it was flat. The owner immediately helped us change to the spare tire (so touched!). Convenient parking right in front of the hotel, perfect for self-driving. Rooms with a view and great value for money! Highly, highly recommend! 👍👍"

"Our stay in this hotel was amazing! The room is comfortable and clean. You have to walk uphill to get to the hotel which can be a bit hard with a large backpack but it's fine. It is very close to the ticket office and entrance of Changpinggou (5mins), and around 10 mins from Haizi Valley entrance which is the one we did. The staff is very warm and welcoming, they helped us book the van back to Chengdu. Is right next to the main road where restaurants and c-stores are located. Totally recommend!"

"🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Slice of Heaven in Xiaojin We stayed at Cloud Inn in Xiaojin County and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Originally, we planned for just one night… but my friend got altitude sickness (don’t worry — they even have an oxygen machine available!) and we ended up cancelling our next destination just to stay another night. That’s how comfortable and peaceful it felt here. What truly makes this place special are the people. The aunties, the staff, the bosses, and even the two dogs, Hua and Keke — they’re all incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely warm. From helping us when we arrived, to patiently explaining everything we needed, to just chatting and laughing with us — they made us feel like part of a big family. The hotel also has a café, and as a coffee lover, I’d give it 9/10! The latte was so good, and the vibe is cozy and relaxing — perfect after a long day of mountain air. As Muslim travelers, we mentioned our dietary needs, and the staff were thoughtful and careful to guide us through what we could eat. They even helped us locate a Halal restaurant nearby and arranged a very affordable taxi for us. It made a huge difference in our stay. Also, if you’re planning to visit Shuangqiao Valley (just 8km away), no worries — the hotel helped us book a taxi for about 30 yuan, and the same driver picked us up after. Super smooth and easy. And for those who want something extra special: the bosses are building a gorgeous new branch just 10–15 minutes away, with private pools in every room and a panoramic view of Mount Siguniang. I’ve seen it myself — it’s honestly breathtaking. If you can afford to splurge, this is the place. When it was time to say goodbye… I cried. Like, actual tears. The staff walked us to our van, hugged us, and told us to come again. It felt like leaving family. And I’m not writing this review because they were kind only to me — I’m writing this because this hotel is truly something special. For all of the Cloud Inn family — I will come back soon. Sincerely, Azatul 💛 ⸻ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 小金县的一片天堂 —— 我们原本只打算在小金县的 Cloud Inn 云上客栈 住一晚，但因为朋友高反（别担心，酒店配有吸氧设备），我们最后取消了原本的行程，多留了一晚。真的一点都不后悔，这里太舒服、太温暖了。 这里最特别的地方是人。酒店的阿姨们、工作人员、老板们，还有两只狗狗 Hua 和 Keke，都非常热情、真诚、有耐心。从我们一到达开始，他们就一直照顾我们、陪我们聊天、带我们看风景，真的感觉像家人一样。 酒店里还有一个咖啡馆，作为一个咖啡爱好者，我给这里的拿铁打 9/10 分！味道很好，环境也很放松，适合在山里玩了一整天后慢慢享受。 作为穆斯林旅客，我们在饮食方面有一些限制。我们说明之后，工作人员特别贴心，认真帮我们确认哪些食物我们可以吃，还帮我们联系了附近的清真餐厅，叫了一辆价格非常实惠的出租车。真的太感谢他们了。 如果你计划去双桥沟（距离酒店大约8公里），完全不用担心交通问题，酒店也可以帮你叫出租车，大概30元，而且司机也会按时来接你，非常方便。 还有一个超级惊喜：老板们正在打造一个新分店，大约离现在这家店10–15分钟车程。每个房间都有私人泳池，面向四姑娘山的绝美景色。我亲自去看过，真的太震撼了！如果你想体验更高级的度假感受，那边会是一个非常值得的选择。 当我们离开时……我真的哭了。所有工作人员都送我们到门口，有人给我一个拥抱，还有人站在门边目送我们离开。就像分别的家人一样温暖。写这篇评价不是因为他们对我特别好，而是因为这家酒店真的值得推荐。 致云上客栈的家人们：我一定会回来！请你们保持健康，早点休息，好好睡觉。希望你们的生意像天空一样飞得高高的！ 真诚的，Azatul 💛"

"This hotel offers excellent service with incredibly friendly staff who even prepared some snacks for me upon arrival. The room was beautiful and clean, completely smoke-free, and the bathroom was spotless. Even though I barely speak any Chinese, the staff went out of their way to assist me. The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from scenic spots and even helped me arrange transportation back to Chengdu, which made the trip incredibly convenient. The staff provided full support in every aspect. If I have the chance, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone. ❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"Fair price, good location, good view, warm enough to take bath at 1-3 degree. The location is like 5 mins walk to Changping Valley (Shuangqiao Valley is on the other side, which is 8km away). Not many restaurant to eat in walking radius but the hotel serve food as well, not bad. Menu in Chinese. Owner speak a bit English, not gonna be easy conversation if it is too complex. Room is in good condition, modern bathroom with auto toilet and bathroom come with heating, clothes drying, light, air, etc. Floor heating is warm. Acceptable cleanliness. Breakfast come with the room for me and the noodle was good."

"The room was clean and equipped with heating and an高原制氧机 (high-altitude oxygen concentrator). The front desk staff were very warm and provided excellent service, even giving us delicious small apples and Coke. We had a lot of fun trying on the ******* traditional clothes at the entrance, which were also very beautiful. The breakfast was plentiful as well. Highly recommended!"
