The hotel is very new and in good condition. It should be considered a ceiling level in the local area. Hotel service is very good, I have encountered a very few hotels that can provide pick-up and drop-off service, directly call the hotel pick-up and drop-off service phone, Xiao Zhang (Zhang Mangli) master responded simply and refreshing, take the initiative to contact and communicate before picking up the plane, get off the plane and get on the car seamlessly. It's really convenient and can take the initiative to introduce the local customs. I really want to be a repeat customer of the hotel when dealing with him. The front desk service is also very good. Xiao Meng knew that I was going to go to Nadamu the next day and helped me find the wind oil essential for mosquito bites. Nadamu was dyed by the clothes of the tourists who took the ride together because of heavy rain that day. The hotel helped to send the washing and went to the washing machine in advance when I returned to Beijing the next day. Retrieving clothes, all aspects of service are really intimate. This hotel is my first choice for Xilinhot next time.

The hotel is very new. The newly opened hotel is very convenient. It is more than 10 minutes drive from the county. The hot spring is particularly comfortable. It is a natural hot spring. The water quality is slightly yellow. The room is particularly spacious and bright, clean, well-equipped, and self-service laundry room is particularly convenient for travel. The service is very good and the service staff is warm. The price is super high, will definitely recommend to friends and will choose next time!

It's a relatively new property, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally quiet in the evenings. The hotel management is incredibly thoughtful, providing guests with both afternoon tea and evening tea. Regrettably, I had already ventured about 2 km out to find a snack on my own, so I missed out on these offerings. The surrounding area, however, still lacks developed amenities.

●早餐搭配不太合理。（中式區沒有炒飯，西式區麪包沒有配醬、沙拉菜、牛奶早早的就沒了也不續了。速凍包子蒸熱了後放外面，我拿的時候已經是涼的了。煮麪條非常軟爛，口感差。）
▶早餐時間太緊張了，9點前這麼極限的嗎？想要睡個懶覺就別選早餐哈。
●房間wifi信號不行，刷劇刷不動。大扣分項。
●洗衣房裡用的是洗烘一體機，第一台有點問題，勿用這台。換到第三台正常使用，但單烘乾需要3小時，退房時間是12點，衹好提前結束，但中途停止拿不出來，聯繫前台來開的。
▶通過攜程後台撥打前台電話，三次均無人接聽。好在發消息功能再轉人工客服可以聯繫上。不然真的是一頭惱火。（我不在房間裏時。）掛燙機功能正常。
●娛樂室的設備是收費使用的，桌球掃了下碼，20元一小時。健身設備免費。
●房間裏面的舒適度還行，衞生乾淨，佈局合理，房間很寬大。本來想續住的，一通折騰就還是算了。
●性價比不算突出。服務態度比較隨意，按照四星的標準來説，是比較失望的。

TTamirThis hotel offers great value for its price.
Breakfast is not provided (as mentioned during booking), and I don’t think they have a restaurant. However, there’s a Mongolian restaurant right next door, and KFC — which also serves beef! burgers — is within walking distance.
The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable — not too soft, not too firm. I had a good night’s rest before continuing my trip. Essentials like toothbrushes, shampoo, bath gel, and towels were all provided.
Oh, and the heated toilet seat… my bum was very happy!
The hotel is just a few steps from the airport shuttle bus station. Be sure to check the departure times in advance — otherwise, you might need to negotiate a taxi ride, as I did.
The only minor issue was a faint lingering smell of cigarette smoke. I kept the window open overnight, and by morning, the smell was gone. Closing the window warmed up the room again. I do wish the management would designate a non-smoking wing, if not an entire floor, to make things more comfortable for non-smokers.
Overall, a good stay, and I’d be happy to recommend it.

MM322862****It was the first time I drove to Xilinhot, Inner Mongolia, and found the Moonlight Walking Hotel online. The reviews were relatively high, but I was afraid of being cheated, so I didn’t dare to place an order. The result after seeing it on site was beyond my expectation, it was great. The girl at the front desk was enthusiastic and thoughtful, and also suggested using the most favorable Ctrip platform to place orders. The facilities and equipment in the room are new, smart Xiaodu service, and gifts are given when checking out. This hotel is a very good experience along the way.

GGuest UserOverall, I'm satisfied. The hotel is very new and looks a bit renovated. The windows need to be opened for ventilation. The only dissatisfaction is that I booked a deluxe standard room. The information on the Ctrip booking page said it had two 1.5-meter beds, but it was actually two 1.2-meter beds. It is recommended to book a standard room.

Staff was friendly & helpful, even organized us a taxi in the morning.
Breakfast buffet was superb!
Only downside: they allow smoking in the reception area / foyer.

The first night three very drunk people were arguing after midnight in the corridor. It was a very unpleasant experience.

ZZhenxinxiangai設施：還可以。自己帶的枕頭。酒店的枕頭太軟了。住進去廁所就堵了。6點跟前台説的，8點才來處理。有空調，有空調，有空調。電視的插排沒有電，燒水還得拿在床頭櫃上燒。
衞生：還算乾淨。自己帶的洗漱用品。
環境：總體來説還好，找老闆申請的安靜一點的房間，結果窗户下面收破爛的？還是什麼。一下午叮叮咣咣扔鐵架子，碎玻璃聲音，特別吵，就裝修時候傾倒垃圾那種聲音。環衞車來來往往“歡迎使用智能語音電動車”的語音播報不停。一大早就被垃圾車吵起來了，比上班起的還早。所以果斷退房離開。
服務：總的來説還可以。

MMike OleaInstead of arriving on the same day of the booking I came to the hotel in the morning next day. A call ensured that they'd prepared and kept my room with a smooth check-in. The stay, however, comes for a deposit of a whopping 200 RMB.
Unfortunately I had to discover later on, that there was a massive turd of **** neatly placed on the bedsheets, leaving a brown ring of wet sauce around it.
Upon reclamation, the service desk replaced the bedsheet without further explanation, and let me stay in the same room despite the obvious smell and potential emotional damage : )
The paper in the bathroom was wrinkled from wetness and had a yellowish tint to it, which where it might have come from I will leave to imagination.
