Nice place but something is lacking from other Sensatori hotels. Assumed 24 hour all inclusive like others so this hotel you feel tied to meal times, no snacks after restaurant closed no drinks after 11.30pm. Entertainment was repetitive and a little flat in the evening. Rooms ok but definitely not 5* we had some kind of animal in the cavity were air conditioning was that kept us awake all night was reported and dealt with quickly. Fridge was more like an oven so no chilled drinks and coffee milk not replenished often. Only 2 bottles of water left in room which you have to re-fill at water stations. Sometimes house keeping had extra bottles at 6pm but you have to ask for these. Beach towels are free but you have to walk to other end of complex for these between 9-6. Adult pool bar was fantastic Kemiyla and her husband are a credit to this hotel she works so hard and always has a smile on her face and remembers your drinks order she really did make this holiday special. Overall a good holiday but too many small niggles to give it a 5*.
The staff are fantastic, all very efficient and friendly; they all do a great job. The swimming pools are very nice, both indoor and outdoor. It is a large resort and it was not full when we visited so it felt peaceful, I am not sure how that would compare to peak season. The main reason for my low rating is that I booked a junior suite months in advance and specifically asked for a quiet room. We were assigned a room above the kitchen (noisy and smelly), next to the tavern restaurant and to the noisy generator/pool engine (or whatever it is, but very noisy all day and night). The window also faced the busy stairs that lead to the restaurant and beach....so not my idea of quiet at all. The decor is dated but that could be acceptable. The bed (king bed made up as two singles pushed together with 2 sets of duvets) had a very uncomfortable mattress and the pillows were lumpy. This is not acceptable in a high starred hotel, in my opinion. When I mentioned this at check out, the lady suggested that next time I book a more expensive suite.... We had one dinner at the restaurant and while the food was good, it was extremely expensive for what if was. Breakfast was good, nothing special. On a bright note they seem to have adopted a large number of cats and they seem to take good care of them.

We were greeted in a very hospital and charming way. Anna-Marrie, or Marie Ann not sure how to spell it gave us a very warm welcome, a drink and an interdiction to the Hotels amenities.
Make sure you request a south facing room if you visit in winter. The first room they gave us had no shade and was very cold; apparently the air conditioning is only for cold air and this had no warm settings etc. I got a mini cold as we were freezing but thankfully they found a new room to move us into the next evening.
We also called in advance and informed them that we are vegan n vegetarian but the staff at breakfast couldn’t help us when we asked about some food information. Especially when they mince meat Kouppes were mixed with the vegan ones. The answer was just don’t eat it! I don’t know which one is which 🤦🏻♀️
Aw well, we did not let 2 staff members affect our vacay. The private pool was nice but again not heated ~ we shall definitely come back to try the Spa and other restaurants.
We were also given a 15% discount and membership card for both of us. Worth giving it a go.
Great Seaview from top floor. Hotel is very clean. All the cleaners seem to be busy all day. My room was cleaned daily, with things being replenished. All staff are great, polite and helpful. All the staff seem to recognise you from tge last time we were here and remember what you drink. It's nice and quiet around the pool all day with the occasional low volume music from the bar area. Hotel is probably best for couples, and the older generation. Nice position being a 40 minute walk along the coastal pathway from town.
The Ive Mare completely lives up to its 5 star reputation. My wife and I chose this hotel for our long awaited honeymoon and we were so overwhelmed with joy with the unbelievable service from the staff and overall all inclusive board. The hotel was smaller compared to others along the ***** and it felt much more intimate and comfortable. The rooms are lovely and spacious, very comfortable beds, good air con units and quiet for a peaceful nights sleep. My wife and I went all inclusive and it certainly did not disappoint. The ranges of alcoholic drinks, cocktails, soft drinks, food, snacks were endless. The main buffet restaurant was truly a feast, everything was cooked perfectly and the range was impressive, the salads on offer were amazing. By far the best night was Cyprus night, all local and true Cypriot food. If you also wish to indulge in using the spa facilities, it is a must. The spa team (Irene, Reza, Phivi and Anastasia) Led by Vasso, delivered one of the best spa experiences ever. We booked in for a 3 hour treatment which consisted of a scrub and body mask, massage and facial. We cannot thank these ladies enough for making us so relaxed and revitalised. The Ivi Mare, overall is a truly wonderful hotel and the main reason for this, is the staff. You can see clearly everyone from the front desk to the maintenance, cleaners, bar and pool staff, work tirelessly to keep things running and everyone happy. They are so friendly and welcoming making that special effort to create friendships with their guests. My wife unfortunately fell ill at the start of our honeymoon, the team along with the duty manager were very concerned about her and helped in every way we could. They went above and beyond and by the end of our stay my wife was famous among the staff as they would all ask and check in with her. And we’re so glad after a few days that she was better! We would like to truly thank the hotel and staff for a wonderful honeymoon and we certainly will look to return in the future.
Me and my parents came to Leonardo hotel for 7 days. We had the best all inclusive holiday ever. Food was excellent, different choice each night. Buffet was also great (salads, pizza, fruit and pasta) variety was good There are 3 restaurants in the hotel that you have to book in advance, Asian, Greek and Italian, we only managed to do Asian and Greek and this was an excellent experience, food was just amazing so do recommend booking Hotel is located very close to local supermarkets and if want to walk to the harbour its about 30 minutes along the beach. You can also take a bus that runs every 10/15 minutes for only 2€ (611 or 609) I took a taxi from and to the airport due to my arrival and departure times which was quite expensive 45€ but my parents took bus both ways that was only 2€ so I would recommend taking bus if you don’t mind the extra travel time Pool was clean and spacious, we stayed on the sunbeds each day and always found space no matter what time of the day. Staff… ❤️ well people that worked at this hotel made our holiday extra special! Especially Katerina, Nikky, Christalla and their manager Sabina, those girls love what they do and care for everyone during their holidays. They are the reason I want to go back… Big thank you everyone at hotel Leonardo ❤️
Traditional Greek island style architecture meets modern design: this beautiful holiday resort with its marvellous landscaped pool area is excellently located near the lovely fishing harbour of Paphos and just 150 m from the sandy beach. Paphos Town and attractions such as the Tombs of the Kings, Archaeological Park, Byzantine Museum or Archaeological Museum are within easy reach. Paphos International Airport is only 10 km away.

for the price we paid we felt we had overall a very good experience staying at this hotel. The room was lovely and the balcony area was big enough for 2 sun loungers and a 4 set dining table which got the sun from about 11am onwards (Sept time). My only negative point would be the cleanliness of the pool. All over our stairs was black mould which at times would float about and the grout was badly needing scraped so i felt myself dodging this when i was going in the pool which is a bit off putting. The pool did get cleaned once when we were there (12 days) which made it a bit better but not for long. Otherwise the room itself was very clean. The other downfall was at the swim up suites the bar was closed!? so no music/drinks which we were not told about when booking.
This is an honest review of our holiday at the Loius Ledra Beach hotel Cyprus. Like you I am a strong believer in following reviews and I strongly believe that quite a few of them regarding this hotel are false. We arrived here at 21.30 Saturday 14th September 2024 we were welcomed and offered a glass of sparkling wine & half a pint of lager, we was not made aware any food was available and went to our room tired and a little bit hungry. We paid for an upgraded family room with a balcony and a limited sea view ( which we received) albeit we've stayed in better Premier inn rooms. It had a mini fridge (stocked with a bottle of water and 6 sugary drinks) a mini safe with no key and when enquired about using it, it was an extra €3 a day to use. A TV, hairdryer, lots of storage space and a bathroom. The air conditioning was a jet stream of noise and the room barely got below 25°c all the time we were there, we did enquire about this too, but to no avail. Our second day we awoke to a really warm room and no air con or water at all. My wife rang reception and was told that they were aware of the water outage and it may be an hour or so to fix. We went to have some breakfast, filled with all the other unwashed guests 🤢 the meals here have been edible, but that's about it (being Cypriot you expect some Cypriot dishes, didn't see one) lots of choice but nothing exciting. The water came back 4 hours later, whilst we were at a rather crowded pool that guests had already been up early reserving sunbeds with there towels so we were either stuck under trees or on the outskirts. Tui advertises this resort as a family holiday, it seemed more of a Saga holiday to us ( no disrespect to Saga as we haven't been on one) but we'd say the average age was 60 and there were 1 or 2 baby's here, no children luckily as there was nothing here for them to do. We scoured the whole hotel and if it wasn't dusty it wasn't there or working. We decided to go out for the day Monday and asked for a bottle of water to take with us, the bar tender totally refused as we get one in our fridge daily and in there eyes this was adequate ( all inclusive! ) the staff here are lovely , but you get the impression they're not enjoying there work at all, mostly middle aged and unenthusiastic. We honestly think Tui has over rated this hotel 3 star at best. The Atlantica chain of hotels is far superior and avoid the Paphos ***** of hotels in our opinion, we spent 4k on this holiday could of done it better for alot less. Oh, and if your expecting Cypriot cusine, don't come here :/ There is an awful lots of ⚓️'s who reserve sunbeds and dinning tables. Good points : the Italian restaurant ( at which you can dine once) is excellent. Some of the waiting & greeting staff are welcoming and polite . The entertainment manager couldn't try harder and does his very best.
