"I had premium garden cabana with sea view. There is nothing premium about this cabana there is no garden and sea view is limited. Room are clean and service is good but rooms and hotel needs upgrade and maintenance ie. in my room floor was falling apart. Pool is very nice. Access to beach ONLY via few steps. On the beach you need to pay for sunbed and umbrella if you want to use it otherwise you can lay on the towel/sand. I was at the end of September and age average in this hotel was well above 65-70 so no young couples or families at ALL. Overpriced for the overall quality."
"Loved the location. the staff were excellent, polite and genuine. A special mention goes out to Maria, front desk manager. She was humerous, and very knowledgeable of the area. She provided me with maps, and some background history of Cyprus, which i was very much appreciative for.
My room was clean, The cleaning staff were very persistent in wanting to come and clean the room when we were still there, it was a little annoying, but i admired their dedication.
the hotel is beautiful, Very much so an intimate setting.
Definitely worth rebooking."
"Overall great stay.
Staff and service were fantastic in the hotel.
Room and bed were comfortable.
The pool was out of service throughout our trip due to maintenance.-This was a disappointment on arrival that was likely more the fault of Trip.com rather than the hotel for not having notified us before. We were there off-season and there was a lot of building/maintenance/trucks around. As well as a building site for a new hotel next door but luckily had been halted and turned into a quiet arqueological dig instead!
The spa, gym, classes, indoor pool all good.
Breakfast is great.
We had one meal at epicurean for dinner- very generous portions but didnt quite make up for quality. The decor felt quite stuck in the mid 90s- as did some of the food.
The thing I cant understand is why they have no greek food in this hotel? It's crazy you can't get a Greek salad, dips, or fresh fish/ calamari. We walked 5 mins down the tomb of kings road and ate really well at some unassuming restaurants on a main road with great greek food and lovely seafood for half the price of the 'Asian' food served at the hotel- you just have to comprise on views!
Would love to go back in the high season and see it shine."
"It is convenient to get to various attractions in the city from the hotel. The bus service from the hotel to the airport requires an additional fee. The room is clean and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast food is relatively simple. The hotel has a free parking lot, which is the first choice for self-driving."
"Breakfast super buffet everything delicious, and corresponds to the price-performance ratio, for dinner a restaurant VIVA CYPRUS is very RECOMMENDED nearby.
Great location. In Paphos the buses are bad, please rent a car immediately, it's cheap 10-20 €/day... the taxis are expensive and they screw every pig... So please rent a car.
Staff: I thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are the best... Always helpful and very human... My wife did not feel well during the holiday and went to the hospital. They allowed me to take breakfast to go for my wife and a delivery box prepared for this... That was really great.
Cons : the hotel is a bit old and the facilities need to be updated but that's easily ignored when you have such a great friendly staff.
Sauna against 7€ extra which is also disadvantageous in my opinion.
So in a big goose the hotel is very good and I book there again and again 😁.
Greetings from Chaban family"
"was perfect!
Great location amazing service
Food was delicious
Definitely going back there again
A fun pool with a swim-up bar
Excellent price
BUT ....
not recommend the massage spa!"
"The location is relatively remote, suitable for self-driving, the facilities are OK, and it is relatively clean. The service staff is enthusiastic and can communicate in English. The price-performance ratio is OK. I will choose this place again on my next business trip."
"Great hotel design and hardware with mediocre service:
Spacious room, great location, beautiful compound and design (as long as you don’t get one of those side rooms that faces the back of a building or the carpark). Wide range of selection for breakfast.
It’s weird that the carpark is a little further away and you’re supposed to call a number at the gate every time for them to open for you. They said it’s toll free but I doubt it’s free for an international line. I don’t know who would spend international calling rate to call the number as most people uses esim today. The way they challenged me and say “why don’t you just call” and insisted it was free just made me feel very disappointed. There’s also no refill of the room’s coffee station (it’s chargeable)- I guess it’s because they call themselves a suite/ service apartment. There were a few other examples of mediocre services: not deal breaker but could have been better.
Overall I would say it is good value for money given the spacious and beautiful room, so simply don’t place too much emphasis and expectations on service then you’ll be fine."
"The room is good, but it should be noted that the sea view room is actually a ”room with a slight sea view”, which is still far behind the full sea view room. If you are very concerned about the sea view, you should pay attention."
"Amazing experience! This was our first stay, a little bit difficult to find the place. However, the front reception staff were very friendly, the reception was very nice and well decorated! We were impressed with the hotels entertainment as there was something going on every day."

Amazing
KKatherineThis apartment is super clean and comfortable and the location is perfect for old town with/without a car. It’s a new apartment and the beds are comfortable with new pillows and blankets. I loved my stay here and would come back again. Self-check in was easy and the host responded quickly to any questions.
You can walk to restaurants and bars within 3 mins!
Thanks for a wonderful stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located near the attractions, it is convenient to visit the attractions, it is recommended, there is ample parking lot, which is convenient for self-driving tourists, but the heating is not warm, the breakfast is affordable and delicious, and the value for money
SsoysamThe hotel has a small yard that is both a restaurant. It is decorated with characteristics, but the room is poor. There is no air conditioning. There is an electric fan. If there is no food left in the restaurant the day before, breakfast will have bread jam milk.
