"I stayed in Berlin for a short weekend as a female solo traveller and got so lucky with this hotel. I was initially apprehensive due to the location but took a leap of faith because of the pictures 😅 and I would stay again! Mind you it was my second time in Berlin so I am familiar with the city, but not this area. The area is a lil sketchy at night but you just need to cross the road from the subway station (which is a main road with loads of people around!) The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, amenities provided in the little kitchenette including teabags, nescafe coffee machine etc. Room was cleaned daily with amenities topped up and front desk staff were nice. Thank you for a lovely stay, would definitely return :)"

"A few steps away from Berlin Hauptbahnhof. The room is clean and comfortable.A bit on the expensive side, at least on the day when I booked it. For my room specifically, there was a long walk from the lift.Nothing more to add in positive or negative.."

"The room had a terrible smell. It smelled of an old unwashed man. Dirty carpets, dirty towels, holes in bed linen. Overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I appreciate it that after my complaint nice staff gave me a different room, but that new room was smelly as well, I figured it was because of the bad air conditioning system, and I guess old untended carpets also contributed to the problem. In the new room the towels looked clean, but they smelled of fried patties. Overall, it was an awful experience, it was hard to breathe with the air conditioner on as it made the room stinky and humid. That's why I decided to refrain from using it. Luckily, the temperature outside did not exceed +30°C during my stay. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel!!! It barely deserves even 1 star."

"Hotel Location: Few minutes walk from Alexanderplatz station Tourist Attractions: Walking Distance We were greeted with the friendly front desk staff & got an early check in to the room 🫶🏻 Lucky enough to get a connecting room (perfect for family stay) after requesting for one. Room was spacious enough however they don't provide amenities like room slipper and toothbrush nor mineral water. Our room is city view hence it was a tad bit noisy at night. Apart from that, everything is perfect. The breakfast provided was served with an array of selections which really make our stomach happy."

"Great location, only 200m from the subway station. What surprised me was how affordable this hotel was, especially considering the fantastic breakfast. They had a good selection of fruits, and the watermelon, in particular, was incredibly good and sweet. It really exceeded my expectations. I haven't seen such generous fruit offerings in Germany before."

Breakfast was included and offered a great variety of fresh options, both hot and cold. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to public transport and local attractions."

"The breakfast spread was fantastic! Getting around was super convenient, with a subway station just a short walk away. For those who enjoy a leisurely stroll and sightseeing, the Berlin Cathedral, Red City Hall, Opera House, Humboldt University, and Hanns Eisler School of Music are all conveniently located along the same route. We also easily caught the RE train to the airport from Alexanderplatz."
