"I lost one day here. Waste it. Wifi did not work and nobody did not solve this problem. Just to say”sorry for that” is not enough if you come here for business and you have most important things to do in internet. It was Saturday and I could not get internet from outside (to buy SIM card or something like this. All day I watched TV, couldn’t do anything"

"KAMEHA GRAND is a ride away from buissy Towns like Cologne oe Düsseldorf, with their International airports. But it is one of my favorite places to stay arround in this area. Ambiente, Service, Wellness Treatments, the food and location close to the river rhine is it worth to travel and stay longer than one night. Great event location also with several Halls toll up to 1.500 participants"

"The location is not good, there are almost no shopping or dining places around! I arrived in the evening and bought a beer. Is there any tool in the room that can open the bottle cap? The hotel is large but there are too few supporting dining shops to choose from! Waiting for breakfast the next day, the variety was average but the service was pretty good😊"

"There is need to improve on the check in times . I ended up not checking in because my flight was delayed and they insisted that checking in time was between 4pm - 7 pm . I ended up booking elsewhere to cater for my flight that was landing around 9 pm ."

SSanghui베토벤 하우스 근처의 주차가 가능한 호텔, 조식은 별로
본에 방문한 목적이 베토벤 하우스여서 여행의 목적에 딱 맞는 호텔이었다. 모텔 원이 늘 그렇듯 불필요한 것은 하나도 없는 간결하고 깨끗한 방이었다. 예약할 때 조식 추가하는 것이 비용 이득이 없어 당일에 추가했는데, 조식은 보통 수준이었지만 인단 3만원이라는 가격은 너무 심하다고 생각했다. 그 비싼 영국호텔에서도 이정도는 8파운드였는데... 아침 먹고 라인강을 산책할 수 있어서 좋았다. 조식을 제외하고는 대부분 만족스러운 호텔이었다.

GGuest UserThe room is comfortable and bright, with a dining table, chairs, sofas, washing table stoves, and tableware. There are two big supermarkets nearby. It is very convenient for us to cook and eat by ourselves.
The outdoors are very quiet, the locals who meet are very friendly and welcoming, and there is a bus directly to Bonn Central Railway Station outside the hotel. Very smooth.
In addition, the hotel is self-service. I saw the health staff.
The hotel lobby is beautiful and comfortable.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was incredibly quiet, and the rooms were neat and tidy. One of my favorite features was the small kitchen, which made my stay even more convenient. The hotel left a thoughtful note recommending a nearby candy company called Haribo and I’m so glad they did! The candy there was absolutely amazing. I ended up buying a lot of sweets to share with my family and friends. A big thank you to the hotel for pointing that out! Would definitely stay here again.
