Excellent service, brilliant food, great location - Chemnitz at its best ! You can walk nearly everywhere you need to and also train and tram are very close. The receptionists were very friendly, I can highly recommend the Hotel.

Good: It is a very nice and cozy castle hotel. Parking is always found at the hotel. Ways are not far. The rooms are sufficiently large and clean. Sky Cinema programs are available. Generally, the cleanness is not to be challenged. The staff is always friendly and effortless. Choosing breakfast is sufficient. Sauce, Nutella etc. You always find eggle a seat. The dinner bread/eating tastes very delicious. Not liked · We had a room to the courtyard. In the first night it was very noisy because young people have celebrated behind the castle and so often those have had a noisy and celebrated on the ”castel square”. The rooms have no air conditioning, in summer it could become very warm, Because the windows are only very small to breathe (rooms in the 1st floor). The double bed is a little nervous. The topper is constantly sliding so that you either have a large column in the middle or partly sliding out of bed with the topper. Unfortunately, you don't always get the same table for breakfast/ evening bread. For breakfast at 9.45 clock, the sauce and cheese is already a little very dry and not so appetiteful. It will then feel no fresh more intake. The filling of the drinks and glasses also takes a long time. Partly there were no glasses for the juices or the juices were long empty.

The hotel is located on the edge of Chemnitz in a commercial area and is ideal for the transit. The check-in was very nice and friendly. The room was large enough and clean, but the bathroom, as in ACHAT hotels, is somewhat more often the case, very small and with washing basins outside the bathroom. The room was quite bright and the neighbor room was broken up at 4 p.m. where you also heard the shower, so the quality of sleep was not so good.

The hotel is quietly located in the industrial park ”Chemnitz Park”. A home-owned parking for cheap 3,- € daily is directly at the house. A private garage for hotel visitors is not available. The location to the motorway is super. Very close, but not in hearing distance. The hotel has come partly safe in the years. The rooms do not really match ”modern” views; partly some furniture are a little afforded. The wallpaper in the room has also clear age traces, Entries into the room corners and depletion tracks. But you must also say that the price including breakfast is really more than just cheap. Therefore, the light departures in relation to a ”modern room” are more than just removed. Breakfast is very good and with a wide offer. The staff is friendly, competent and always is a contact person at the reception. All in all is a really good and cheap hotel.

GGuest UserGood: It is a very nice and cozy castle hotel. Parking is always found at the hotel. Ways are not far. The rooms are sufficiently large and clean. Sky Cinema programs are available. Generally, the cleanness is not to be challenged. The staff is always friendly and effortless. Choosing breakfast is sufficient. Sauce, Nutella etc. You always find eggle a seat. The dinner bread/eating tastes very delicious. Not liked · We had a room to the courtyard. In the first night it was very noisy because young people have celebrated behind the castle and so often those have had a noisy and celebrated on the ”castel square”. The rooms have no air conditioning, in summer it could become very warm, Because the windows are only very small to breathe (rooms in the 1st floor). The double bed is a little nervous. The topper is constantly sliding so that you either have a large column in the middle or partly sliding out of bed with the topper. Unfortunately, you don't always get the same table for breakfast/ evening bread. For breakfast at 9.45 clock, the sauce and cheese is already a little very dry and not so appetiteful. It will then feel no fresh more intake. The filling of the drinks and glasses also takes a long time. Partly there were no glasses for the juices or the juices were long empty.

GGuest UserLage topp,Hotelparkplatz zwar gratis aber eng. Außerhalb auch ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten(z.T. kostenpflichtig). Zimmer klein, praktisch, sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man so aus Hotels kennt. Deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit! Der Papp-Trink- Zahnputzbecher mag ein Anfang sein und auch die übliche nette Aufforderung zu den Handtüchern ( hängen lassen wenn weiter genutzt). Letzteres wurde trotz regelkonformer Ausführung komplett vom Zimmerservice ignoriert und man bekam am 2. Tag wieder ein frisches Handtuchpaket! Am Buffet überwiegend Plastik verpackte Einzelportionen! Das habe ich in diesem Ausmaß lange nicht mehr erlebt. Auf den Screens im Frühstücksraum sich stetig wiederholende Eigenwerbung. Hier wären Uhrzeit, Wetter und Infos zu örtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten eine angenehme Bereicherung. Leider besticht der Frühstücksraum durch Fastfoodimbiss-Charme - man isst vom Tablett und die Geräuschkulisse ist enorm. Sauberkeit ist aber lobenswert.

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist sehr veraltet was Technik und Mobiliar betrifft, man fühlt sich in die 80ger Jahre zurückversetzt. Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern und besonders aus dem Frühstücksrestaurant ist hingegen hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist einem Ketten 3 Sternehotel entsprechend langweilig und unspektakulär, aber in Ordnung. Die Buchung per Telefon war sehr unkompliziert und definitiv günstiger als bei einem der div. Online Anbieter (OTAs). Es gab einen Buchungsfehler, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit alles zu lösen.

TThomas KThe hotel is quietly located in the industrial park ”Chemnitz Park”. A home-owned parking for cheap 3,- € daily is directly at the house. A private garage for hotel visitors is not available. The location to the motorway is super. Very close, but not in hearing distance. The hotel has come partly safe in the years. The rooms do not really match ”modern” views; partly some furniture are a little afforded. The wallpaper in the room has also clear age traces, Entries into the room corners and depletion tracks. But you must also say that the price including breakfast is really more than just cheap. Therefore, the light departures in relation to a ”modern room” are more than just removed. Breakfast is very good and with a wide offer. The staff is friendly, competent and always is a contact person at the reception. All in all is a really good and cheap hotel.

TTravel_DNThe hotel is located on the edge of Chemnitz in a commercial area and is ideal for the transit. The check-in was very nice and friendly. The room was large enough and clean, but the bathroom, as in ACHAT hotels, is somewhat more often the case, very small and with washing basins outside the bathroom. The room was quite bright and the neighbor room was broken up at 4 p.m. where you also heard the shower, so the quality of sleep was not so good.
