"Top location, room is nicely clean and spacious with good views. Perfect for my business trip. Just the wait for check-in in the front desk takes too long and I arrived around 6 pm. Wish this could be improved."

"Zu meinem Aufenthalt: das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Bett total bequem. Sehr lobenswert fand ich, dass ihr Streamingdienste angeboten habt. Das war sehr cool. Das einfache Einchecken war auch ein großer Pluspunkt. Was gar nicht geht, ist das niemand zu erreichen ist, wenn es spät mal Probleme gibt… das sollte sich ändern. Bei uns hat der Strom nicht funktioniert, auch wenn es schon nach 1 Uhr war, ich musste mein Handy dringend laden, das wäre zu einem Problem geworden. Glücklicherweise hat mein Partner Ahnung von Elektrik, weshalb er das Problem vorübergehend lösen konnte. Abschließend noch ein dicker Minuspunkt: kurz nach 11 hat bereits jemand vom Reinigungsservice geklopft und hat kurz danach einfach unsere Tür geöffnet nachdem keine Antwort kam!!! ABSOLUTES NO-GO!!! Zumal wir bis 12 Uhr Zeit hatten. Als Pärchen ist man dann vielleicht gerade anderweitig beschäftigt, was unfassbar peinlich geworden wäre. Sowas darf echt nicht passieren!!"

"One night stay so all good with close to station. Room very small so bed was very small. Smallest double bed we got in our 5 weeks Europe trip. Breakfast was good and that’s why we booked so not disappointed. Got room early so we got more time to walk around town.  Fruits and water at reception. "

"My favourite hotel in the whole of my Europe Trip thus far… As expected of a Marriot-branded hotel, the rooms we stayed in are spotlessly clean. Hotel provides pretty good detox water in the lobby. However though, it’s not quite conveniently located with a 10+ minutes walk from the train station (unlike what was stated in its listing) and not centrally located near cologne’s main attractions."

"The hotel is very close to the Cologne Exhibition Hall, and it only takes a few minutes to walk there. The receptionist is very friendly. The room is clean and sanitary, and there is plenty of hot water. Disadvantages: Breakfast is a bit expensive at 28 euros; the quilt is too thin and too short (but not cold). Summary: I will choose this place again when I attend the Cologne Exhibition next time."

"I had an overall pleasant stay at the Pullman Hotel. The staff and facilities were good, and I enjoyed my time there. Unfortunately, on Thursday evening there was a water outage, so there was no running water until the next morning, and hot water was only restored around noon. This was inconvenient, but apart from that, my experience was positive."

"The facilities are good and the location is convenient, especially by subway to the business center. There's an elevator right outside the hotel that goes directly to the subway station, making it easy to get around. This hotel is a great choice for a first-time visitor to Cologne."

"Highly recommended! The room was excellent and very spacious. The bed was big enough for me and my child; since we booked for two adults and one child, they even provided an extra bed, so we had three beds in total! The location is fantastic. It's very close to the train station and Cologne Cathedral, just a 5-minute walk away, yet it's tucked away from the main hustle, which made us feel quite safe and secure. We took a stroll near the hotel and discovered a highly-rated restaurant. We tried some authentic German cuisine there, and it was quite good. Cologne is truly wonderful; we even got some photos just like Jay Chou's! I highly recommend Trip.com! All our hotels for this Europe trip were booked through them, and it gave us great peace of mind. I compared their prices with several major platforms, and they truly offered the best rates. Highly, highly recommended!"

"The location is very good, the front desk staff are also very friendly, check in in the afternoon, I used to temporarily store things in the warehouse in the morning and did not lose it, I felt very comfortable.
