Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat viel Platz, auch im Bad. Auch die weiteren Räumlichkeiten im Hotel sind geschmackvoll. Frühstück war auch top. Gute Auswahl und es wurde auch ständig aufgefüllt. Uns waren die Betten zu hart und zwei von den drei Damen am Empfang, die wir kennenlernen durften, waren sehr unterkühlt. Die Bedienung im Restaurant war sehr nett. Im Spabereich gibt es eine gute Auswahl an Saunen und ein relativ großes Schwimmbecken. Im Schwimmbereich hätte es gemütlicher sein können. Vielleicht kann man da mit Pflanzen noch mehr verbessern. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit fußläufiger Nähe zum sehr schönen Branitzer Park, dem man unbedingt einen Besuch abstatten sollte.

As this hotel is working with the DR Koch clinic, there was a room booked for us as I had to undergo a hernia surgery in Cottbus. The hotel is perfect located at the heart of the city centre. Easy to park your car in the garage of the hotel. Check in was swift and smooth. The first room we were allocated to was not really ok to us as my partner was with me for support during my surgery time, and had to work aswell from his laptop. So after asking for a different room with a bit more space and a better desk, we were shown 2 other rooms and one of these was perfect. At no extra cost we were able to take this room. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Thinking with you. Beds are ok as is the rest of the room. The only minor thing is the shower wich is a little small in my opinion. But the rest of the room and hotel are very ok for a week stay. B reakfast is simple but adequate. Very easy to get a lunchbox arranged and they were super friendly in everything. Giving information, asking how I was before and after surgery...it is THAT what makes a difference,. Hotels have rooms and tv's and everything. But it is the staff that makes the difference and for us...they did. Great people and very recommendable. As an hotel expert I have no hesitations in going back. General impression is good and can be recommended further. Breakfast was very good. Service was good and instructions for changes were included. The size of the TV is still in old state and here the hotel should improve the size. The window hotel room was loud to the motorway and despite noise protection accumulation and greening - ＞ had to stay closed at night. But would be booked back at this price immediately.

Visited Cottbus for business and found the Radisson to be the best value for money I could get: excellent breakfast, great sauna, good Internet connection, spacious and comfy rooms and very helpful staff. The hotel may look a bit ”retro” at first (rooms, lobby, etc) but you easily get over it by the amenities and helpfulness of the staff. I did enjoy the breakfast (best bacon in the region, good coffee, wide options, freshly squeezed OJ) and the sauna is really nice after a day of work and meetings. The location was perfect for me, as I like walking and did not bother the 15 mins walk to the center of the city, where you most probably will end up having dinner. Besides, the location is strategic for trains to Berlin + airport, car rentals, local public transportation tram and busses. Will stay again -

Full disappointment already at check-in. Even a station hall and is pleasant. Privacy and discretion seem to be a foreign word in this hotel en. The staff welcomed guests as market cry ( loud , very unhappy , unpleasant). Thank you to the quiet trainer. Then the colleague should look out something that overplayed her inadequacy with stupid speeches and did on a big maker. The room was also clean for a meeting hotel i.O. Breakfast a disaster , the station hall atmosphere made the rest of the night perfectly to grandmother. No place in the breakfast room, the first coffee was made , feeling like drunk at the school courtyard in front of the door, for lack of space. The whole hotel is exciting and unrestful. The staff appears completely overloaded. A absolute no go. At breakfast missed basket for bread, dishes, butter, breads, everything went and went, disoriented and confused guests like staff. I can't absolutely recommend the hotel. 4Sterne for what? I didn't even have the impression that there was not enough staff, but that this worked absolutely untrained and unprofessional. You had the impression that there is no structure here, all over the hotel. The staff always smiled just made comments to overplay the state in this hotel. Very sad.

Very good, the service is also very good, the environment is also very good, the Flip is also very good, the room is very large, and it feels very good, and will stay here later. We 'll introduce our friends later.

Wir waren für ein Familienwochenende in diesem sehr schönen Hotel. Vom freundlichen Empfang bis zum Service im Restaurant, im Zimmer und an der Bar rundum zufrieden. Das Personal im Service zu den Mahlzeiten war wieselflink und dabei sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und für alle Geschmäcker etwas dabei. Das Abendessen als Buffet ebenso. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, findet man hier ein großes Spielhaus (für jedes Wetter) mit Klettergerüst und ”Tobe-Ecke”, Darts, Billard, Tischtennis - alles kostenlos. Ein großer Spiel- und Bolzplatz, Schaukeln, Hängematten....... auf dem Gelände, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten auf rustikalen Bänken und auf der Terrasse auf bequemen Stühlen an Tischen. Das Schwimmbad finden auch die Kinder toll, die Saunalandschaft mit ,90°, 65° und Dampfbad bietet jedem Gast Erholung und Entspannung. Erholen nach dem Schwitzen kann man sich direkt an der frischen Waldluft im angrenzenden mit Bänken und Hängematten ausgestattetem Bereich. Eine zweite Terrasse hinter dem Haus am Waldrand ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und lädt zum verweilen mit einem Kaffee oder Getränk von der Bar ein. Hat man Fragen oder Wünsche werden diese sehr freundlich und unmittelbar durch die Leiterin des Hotels beantwortet und erfüllt. Dafür nochmals unser großes Dankeschön! Das Hotel ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten in der Umgebung, auch zu den Möglichkeiten hat uns das Personal am Empfang und die Hotelleitung freundlich und kompetent beraten. Zusammenfassend müssen wir sagen, das waren sehr schöne Tage im Ferien Hotel in Roggosen!
