In my castle hotel in Heusenstamm everything is true. 1A-Essen, absolute cleanliness, a lot of space, modern and very tasty facilities. With prices, in the industry average, it results in an excellent price-performance ratio. My secret tip in the Rhine-Main area!
Hotel was recently renovated, at a minimum the rooms on the groundfloor and the breakfast room; probably also the other rooms, but did not check. Renovated rooms are modern style including the bathroom. My room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was a bit small, no problem for me but might be for taller or bigger people. Breakfast was a nice selection of cereals, bread, bread rolls, toast, sweet and cheese/meat option. There was Joghurt, juices, nice selection of tea and a modern coffee Maschine with different options. Eggs were made to order. Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful in case of questions. They allowed me a very early check-in for instance, since I needed to get to a birthday party on time from which I came back after check-in hours. Alternatively, they also have an outside safe to make room keys available after hours. Two minor downsides: reception area was a bit chaotic, seems like they did not get around to that one yet for renovations. And, probably due to the hot, humid weather, the room smelled slightly dampy - a room refresher would have done the trick

One of our favorite hotels in the Frankfurt area, actually in Europe. We switched to this hotel because it was much better than the Schlosshotel Kronberg, where we had been staying on our trips to Frankfurt, before discovering the Kempinski. The service at the Kempinski is outstanding. We were checked in by Marc who was helpful and friendly. Fortunately for us, Ali was also at front desk when we checked in. We really like Ali, as we remembered him from our last stay. As usual, Ali was welcoming, professional and just wonderful. Ali is a big reason why we return to the Kempinski. The porter Savio was so helpful and kind. On our checkout of the hotel, Hanif the porter was also helpful. Our room was lovely with all the amenities you could wish for. The room was so comfortable with a luxurious bathroom. The rooms at the Kempinski are beautiful and so relaxing with amazing views. It is a peaceful oasis. The bar area is gorgeous and the fireplace made it so cozy and romantic. Thank you to Malte, Victoria and Marco for the excellent service at the bar restaurant. The food was excellent. The breakfast buffet at the Kempinski was wonderful. The sheer variety of the different foods, both hot and cold would suit all different tastes. The food was delicious and the views from the restaurant are lovely. The Kempinski at Gravenbruch is outstanding. It is so convenient for the airport, and for us it is a home way from home. We will be back. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
We were scammed by the owners/managers of Mainstreet Hotel in Dietzenbach Germany. After a 550 km drive from France to Dietzenbach, as we tried to get our room booked for 3 nights, we were informed that there was NO COLD OR WARM WATER RUNNING and that they had no idea when these issues were going to be fixed. They refused to cancel our reservation, *********** would not help either. We were forced to book another hotel at 3x the price. 24 hours later we received a text from the hotel letting us know that the water was running again. Mainstreet Hotel IS NOT A HOTEL! Just some rooms in a building! Up until today we have not received any apologies or a refund.

We got placed in this hotel by Lufthansa after we missed our flight connection at Frankfurt/M airport, and had to stay overnight. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel starting from our arrival in the middle of the night, as the staff were extremely helpful in accommodating us, since we arrived without any luggage. We got a nice quirky room on the ”Adventure Floor”, called the ”Bamboo Room” (see pictures). We ended up enjoying our stay thoroughly, including the very extensive and delicious breakfast. The style of the hotel is very German, meaning a bit quirky and old-fashioned decor, but very well maintained and clean throughout.

Things didn't start off well, to be honest. The guy at the front desk ”couldn't find” the reservation and we spent a good five minutes discussing this with him while showing him confirmation numbers, credit cards, etc. Finally he decided to look in a drawer and miraculously found the reservation. Then I requested a wake up call for 3 hours later which actually came the next morning. I DID make sure to request the call for zwansig Uhr and not for acht Uhr. Aside from these two errors, though, the hotel was great. The room was spacious, more than enough bathroom towels and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Props to the breakfast crew for letting us eat when we showed up later than we should have (I think we walked in 5 minutes before it was to shut down). They didn't hurry us out or make us uncomfortable, they just let us eat and even told us there was no need to hurry - because we were hurrying. The front desk staff after our check in were great. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and went above and beyond to assist us.

A great praise goes to the manager of this hotel. What these two do is the ham. Great respect! The rooms are best equipped. Even after multiple (minimum 20 times) everything has always worked best. Climat, heating, TV, shower. No problem. Bed linen and towels clean. Not obvious for a B&B hotel. Top price/performance ratio. Corona-related breakfast missed. Also no problem...... next to there is a McDonald and many supermarkets/backery. It's always nice to recommend
