"German:
There was no furnace and no flip-flop. This is what you can find even at a 1 star hotel!!!!
Not recommended :(

"Hotel is very new and modern. Very friendly service. B’fast is not luxury but adequate enough. Free airport bus transfer is good. Yet there’s 5 hours break in between, makes it not convenient. Overall, very good value for money!"
"The hotel is well located - 10 minutes by taxi after getting out from Frankfurt (M) Flughafen Fernbf. It is an ideal selection for one night before a long distance flight the next day. And there are also shuttle buses between the hotel and the airport.
The room is nicely organized and their restaurant also offers dinner, which is very comfortable especially when arriving late and tired. They also have sauna and pool if I look in the elevator (but I didn't have the time to try yet).
Their staff can speak perfect English which is quite convenient for persons like me who know only very limited German.
Overall, it is a good choice from my point of view."
"Overall a really good experience, would Satya here again before a flights!
The room was very warm due to the weather and the AC would only cool down to 25C which was still hot!
Complimentary bottle of water and coffee, as well as a complimentary coffee before the shuttle at 0500.
Complimentary WiFi, decent and easy to login to it.
Restaurant good value with outdoor seating in a central quadrangle
The bed was massive and very comfortable, although the pillows weren't great, even though there was a pair of big ones and a pair of thin ones.
Shower was really good
25 euro per day parking, stopping for a short while to drop stuff off (the desk staff said two hours) was free
Complimentary airport shuttle - easy and quick!"
"Upon arrival the Receptionist was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I was placed in a room on Ground Level, facing their little Garden Area. The Room was very big, clean and allowed to be able to open the window, roll down the shutters for more privacy and allowed for outdoor seating. The bed was a Kingsize Bed and they also had a sofa Chair in there which could be rolled out for additional sleeping. They do offer breakfast at the location from 7am until 9am, which consists of fresh breads, rolls, assorted cheese, german meats, eggs, jelly, etc. Very nice and delicious and costs 16 Euros per person per day.
The only issue I had with the Hotel is the Bed. It was hard as a rock, not kidding. I used the provided blanket to sleep on, but could not. It was still very hard. So, the first night I sat up in the bed against the pillow and was only able to doze off for a little at a time, but could not fully sleep and was cold as there was not additional blanket for me to use to cover myself. The next day I requested another blanket and was provided one, but even so I now had 2 blankets to sleep on, the bed was still way to hard and again, I was cold for most of the night because I had nothing to cover myself with.
Based on that experience I cannot recommend the Hotel, unless you like to sleep on Cement."
"The hotel is relatively close to the airport and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the equipment is not in line with the price level. Other hotels nearby have coffee machines in the room and offer free water - that was not offered here. It was particularly annoying that the pipe water had tasted strongly to iron and therefore was unsageable. I'll probably use other alternatives next time."
"Have stayed here for one-night since I need to catch an early flight at Frankfurt Airport.
There is a shuttle bus service from Airport T1 to the hotel door which somehow it was not advertised on the hotel website. According to the hotel website it says there is no shuttle service. The journey to the hotel is free of charge however departure from the hotel costs 5 Euros per person.
The room is tidy and air-con is functionable. There is a smart TV and you can link your mobile device for Netflix/Youtube. Unfortunately the TV in my room is broken."
"We stayed here before a long flight. Unfortunately, because our train was delayed, we were at the hotel after the possible check-in time, but they were able to help us over the phone without any problems.
The rooms are nice and spacious and offer everything you need to start a long journey well rested before a flight 😊"
"I'm not used to traveling alone and was quite apprehensive about the accommodations. My layover was 12 hours over night. I emailed the hotel a few times and their prompt response put me at ease. When I got there, the girl at the reception desk was so warm and welcoming and made me relaxed and very happy I booked with My Cloud, rather than leaving the airport, which I was unsure of. It was the best stay! The room was minimal, but was clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing, restful stop. I have to say that when I checked out in the morning, the guy at the reception desk was not as nice as the girl who checked me in; she was absolutely exceptional! He, on the other hand, hardly spoke to me and didn't help when I tried to figure out the water dispenser. However, it didn't spoil my impression of the place, since the first person I encountered was so sweet and kind. I wish I knew her name..."
