Very good location in the middle of the place, very good transport connection. Renoved 3-Bett-Business-Zimmer. Very clean and conveniently equipped. The soap container in the bathroom at the washing venue was unfortunately completely empty, so we had to take the shower gel out of the shower. We did not object to this, but only informed it when checking out. A water cooker with instant coffee and/or tea would have been nice. The breakfast was very delicious and rich. The staff was courteous, but rather distant. We had forgotten to log in to breakfast two of our children who stayed elsewhere nearby. We ask to apologize for this many times, but especially our children were somewhat scared when the competent lady responded somewhat inappropriately to it in the breakfast room. Unfortunately, the hotel was not bookable without breakfast, what we would otherwise have done. For our smallest who paid breakfast, the buffet is not worth it anyway, because it hardly eats anything. The ‘seam order' is not likely to have been seriously affected. The next time we will avoid competing again. All was fine there a week ago. However, a comparison was worth it.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the rooms are spacious with hidden ridges and a sympathetic decor. We are on day 9 of being in Bavaria and I think our 5th or 6th hotel. This is by far the best and most comfortable. The bed is so awesome. The staff are welcoming. Two big drawbacks; no air conditioning and finding the actual hotel location. We arrived late at night, I had made a reservation and paid ahead of time. We were so frustrated at not being able to find the hotel we drove about 10 minutes away and were going to check into a Holiday Inn Express. The guy at the front desk there was sooooo sweet, when I told him we were unable to find the NinetyNine Hotel, he did everything but drive us to the front door. He printed off directions and told us exactly what to look for! It's located next to the Universitat Augsburg a sort of industrial area on the outskirts of town. When we woke up in the day time we realized the GPS had taken us right next to the hotel but there are no visible neon signs at night. I am really glad we wound up finding it. They hotel is big on sustainability and animal conservation and awareness. The decor is wonderfully strange yet welcoming with butterflies 🦋, monkeys, fish 🐟 and other animals all around. There is a full bar in the lobby, breakfast is available and a small refrigerator in the lobby with drinks for sale. Oh and it is located above the Rewe grocery store and you get access to the fitness center right next door. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

We can also recommend the hotel only on condition. The only advantage I see is the proximity to the tram and the fair. Then the negative comes. We had to change the first room because it smelled after cigarette smoke and the room was dust (I am house dust allergic). In the second room it smelled after cigarette smoke too. However, it was still ”supportable” so we kept the room. Breakfast we stopped because the rooms were too full and we had no room for breakfast every day. Breakfast was not really rich for the price. You couldn't really sleep in the rooms because the beds are really hard and you feel the vibrations of the tram rather strongly in the ground floor. Furthermore, we have been quite mad, Because you have seen a high dust layer on the tape edge. Yesterday the room was not made, which I also considered a proof of poverty. We had already left the room at 8:30, so it can't be at the time, that the room was made nowhere. All in all, the hotel leaves almost everything to wish from an hotel. However, the connection to the city and the fair area is quite good for (very) short trips.

We were very happy to stay here in our visit to Augsburg. The hotel is new, the room was perfectly clean, quiet and very comfortable. Very comfortable bed also which is important. You need a car to go to the city centre but the hotel had free parking space. Great quality price relation. In conclusion: very recommended.
