"We got there after 11, but had called prior to that to say we had an issue and were running late. They were accommodating. Beds were comfortable. All we did was sleep and leave. It was just one night. Room was spacious and clean and the stay was good. There’s free parking which is a bonus. No complaints. Would recommend. "

"Facilities: It is too complete. This hotel is a sports hotel. Not only the rooms are good, but there are many places worth playing around. There are tolerances, badminton halls, tennis halls, etc., etc., it is really great. The sanitary conditions are very good, adhering to the German hotel habits, much better than many five-star hotels in our country. Needless to say, the environment is not comparable. There are not many service staff, very few, in fact, there are only two people who really see it, but very enthusiastic. I am also happy to help others, I give 5⭐."

They were very accommodating to my early arrival.
There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets just two bus stops away, so it was a very convenient stay."

"War alleine über ein Wochenende dort und habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Lage ist Top, eine Bahnhaltestelle ist direkt gegenüber. Zum Hotel gehört ein Pub und glücklicherweise sind die Türen gut gegen den Lärm aus dem Pub gedämpft, so dass man davon nichts mitbekommt."

"Great central location. Well appointed room with comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with L’Occitane toiletries. (Also had a hair dryer though this was not mentioned on the room description). Great service with clean towels and bottled water each day. Also a good breakfast - and all for a very reasonable price. On asking the hotel provided a regional travel pass for the duration of my stay. Not only does this cater for transport to Basel - but also to numerous towns - I visited Bad Säckingen, Rheinfelden and Zell as well. Only minor minus point was that the wi-fi password was hidden away in the box containing tea and coffee - could have been more prominently displayed. Overall great experience and I would return."

"If you want to travel to Basel (20 minutes away) the most suitable place. Lörrach is at the railway station and flixbus bus (busbahnhof) at the start point 3-5 minutes walk. The hotel is given a ticket for the arrival of the hotel to Basel or the city of Lörrach for public transport. All reception staff, especially Aysel Lady, were very helpful. The hotel is very clean and its items have been renovated."

"Terrible client service, if you have a problem with your booking, don't expect them to help. I called the hotel to modify my booking, in order to add 1 person to my reservation. For some unknown reason, the Queen size bed room I have booked, could not accommodate 2 people. Also they were unable to cancel my existing booking to book another room which could accommodate 2 people. Their solution was to book 2 different rooms. Seriously ?"
