"The hotel was clean and well-equipped, and the location was convenient. Everything was great except for the reception. The staff weren’t very helpful unless you speak English, which might be a problem for some guests. Not a big issue, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a good stay."

"The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the area is just right. The front desk was very welcoming and responsible and the English was very good. The hotel serves dinner, but there is pizza, which is not very tasty. You can take two or three trains to russelsheim station at the airport, then take a taxi (about ten euros) or a bus (15 minutes walk after getting off the bus) to the hotel. The first time I called Uber because of the large luggage, I chose the bus. It is also very convenient to go to the center of Frankfurt, and the train can be reached in 20 minutes to the central train station. When checking in and checking out, the front desk said that I didn't pay the room rate in advance, but I had already paid on Trip.com. After explaining to the front desk and showing them the confirmation form in the email, they did not have too much entanglement. I don't know how the Trip.com platform is booked. Their system will show that the reservation is not paid. So the English version of the itinerary is downloaded just in case."

"The location is not good. My room was adjacent to a busy railway with the necessary noise pollution. At breakfast I asked for warm milk, that seemed to be problematic. After complaining at the reception, warm milk was no problem for the 2nd and 3rd day. The photos were taken from my room."

"Very good The room is big too I used the family room and it had a bunk bed. It's on Ripple, but the bathroom door is a bit tricky. After showering, you must leave the bathroom naked. Breakfast was great. A walk along the river is nice."
