Felsey is located at the crossroads of Füssen town centre to the north of the town. We had to stop there because we couldn't get into our location and we did not have a phone to contact them.The desk clerk was more then helpful and let us use the phone to contact.He also let us use the hotel computer to get directions sent to our email.Thr desk clerk was very friendly and accomadating,had we not got our key we would have stayed there instead.Sokudos to the great desk clerk for helping 4 strangers from Canada.

The booked triple room is a small room in the room with a single bed. The room is good and the bathroom is large. The new building connects the old building and we live in the new building. Downstairs is the restaurant. The location is also very good, opposite the monastery. Parking downstairs is free and the money is confiscated. Breakfast is downstairs in the restaurant, very special decoration. Behind the supermarket, things are very complete. In short, all satisfied.

The Ludwig Hotel originally booked was notified by email two days before check-in that I had cancelled the order because of heavy snow and construction and recommended this hotel, so I booked it immediately. We arrived at the train station late that day. It was already 8 o'clock. The last bus to the hotel was gone. When the taxi was taken, the driver contacted the hotel directly in the middle to remind the hotel to prepare for us to check in. Hotel location is excellent. Going out is the horse station on Swan Castle. It is also the only restaurant in the local area where we have lunch. So the lunch is full. Fortunately, the Chinese are used to eating earlier. After we finished eating, we found that there was a long queue outside. The service was very good and we borrowed our umbrella. The room was very clean and tidy. The only thing I didn’t like was that the big bed room was made up of two small beds. But it seems that Europe is like this?

This time I booked two rooms, a triple room and a deluxe double room, which have been reviewed together before. Generally speaking, I am very satisfied with the size and layout of the triple room; the double room is smaller in size and has a loft angle. If I book in the future, I will choose other room types. The hotel's location, service and breakfast are all highly praised.

It belongs to the hotel category, but this kind of hotel is in the town of Fessen. The decoration is very traditional in Germany, with various sculptures on the floor walls. The hotel restaurant is also very tasteful. Guests are here to drink beer and chat in the evening, and the environment is great. This is the best hotel if you are planning to visit Castle of Neuschwanstein. Make sure you booke the main building. We booked the Jagerhaus by mistake. It is a seperate building just a few steps away but the decor is very old style and nothing like the modern ”MAIN” building. We were able to discuss with the front desk and upgrade for a small price to the main building. Breakfast was very nice in the main building.....another reason to stay there.....what you would expect from a boutique 5 star in the area. The spa (pool and sauna) is fantastic. Amazing view of outside while enjoying either.
