"Arrived and faced some issue with the checking in, but the staffs were friendly and kindly guided us thorugh the whole proses. The room was spacious enough for two and was clean. Some basic amenities are available, one bath towel, one hand towel, shampoo, and bath gel. Hope you can provide bath mat in the future. Overall it was good experience."

"There are still many things wrong with this hotel. The entire wall is covered with windows, which are large and bright, much better than the dark windows of some domestic hotels. The lighting is also good and the facilities are complete. Come and experience it."

"We stayed in room 232. It was a triple room. It was a bit old. There were dirty diapers in the trash can, and other trash as well. The bed, sheets, and towels were clean. Apart from that, the floors and other areas were very dirty. The door wasn't locked. It wasn't clear who had come and gone before us. Since we checked in late at night, we wanted to go to sleep immediately and didn't request a room change. The breakfast was very good, so we didn't complain to the hotel about that either."

"The service was good. The rooms are clean, but very outdated for four stars. The kettle was broken and we asked for it to be replaced three days in a row. On the penultimate day there was no hot water in the evening.
We were a little disappointed."
