Arrival 6 pm. got a room. The room was not cleaned, the bed was NOT freshly made. Complained. Lady from the reception went to the room, came back after 5 minutebn-now it is made. She only folded the bed, not freshly made, bathroom not cleaned. Wanted to leave. She gave me a fresh room. I slept. At 11pm I was awakened by fist banging on door. was scared. Opened. Security and the cook. I was told to leave the hotel immediately. Asked why. No explanation. Wanted to speak to the manager-that would not be possible. Had to get dressed and undressed in front of the gentlemen, waited in the pouring rain for the cab. At 1 o'clock I found another hotel. I wrote an email to the manager, called him - no contact possible. I have a trauma until today. Fortunately, the children were not there. As a hotel employee told me, the lady at the reception was not stress resistant. She was angry with me because I wanted a fresh room. She told the manager around 10pm that I was aggressive, which was not true. Was calm and solution oriented.
