My husband and I booked a room for us and another room for my niece and her family. We got the garden rooms and the place was absolutely family friendly. My grandnieces and grandnephew enjoyed the playground as well as the kids pool. We reserved our first night dinner at the Leaf restaurant and let me tell you “THE FOOD WAS SUMPTUOUS.” Breakfast was included, the food choices were plentiful, coffee, juices, fruits, cereal, cheese, bacon, ham, eggs, pastries, cakes, bread, even have swirl ice cream for kids. My niece who lives in Copenhagan will probably go back to this place as they usually bring the kids to Legoland for summer vacation. My husband and I will definitely go back, whenever we visit Europe again, God willing.

Super satisfied. I stayed here with my friends, and the front desk gave us small building blocks. The hotel has a lot of places for children to play, and it feels very suitable for children to stay. But the buffet is average, the price-performance ratio is very low, and the three meals are average.

The hotel is very close to the meeting at Lego House. Nordic-style hotel with a common reception room, simple and bright, easy to work.

I found out about Lalandia by accident from a random conversation with a stranger back in April. Man alive, am I glad I did! We absolutely loved it. Me, my sister and my 6 year old stayed on site. Everything was so easy. It’s so flat so easy to get around, loads of play grounds and huge patches of grass to play on. The Aquadome is amazing. I think better than Centre Parcs. We particularly loved the cave pool where you could swim next to the tropical fish tanks! Just wished the water in the lazy river was a little warmer….that’s all. Loved that you can load money onto your wristband! Talk about making life easier. Thought restaurants were great, especially Pepe’s Mexican and bones steakhouse. The all you can eat restaurants are good but defo go hungry to make it cost effective. Was thrilled with takeout pizza and poke bowl quality and pricing. We loved our lodge. Very clean, had everything we needed. Just one bedroom didn’t have blackout blinds which was annoying but I’m just picking now. Legoland is literally across the road! And Lego house is a 30 min walk for a 6 year old through a lovely sculpture park. We were impressed with billund and wish we’d given it more time to look around the town. Staff at Lalandia were so helpful when needed. I would absolutely come back here and do it all again. We LOVED IT.

Beautiful hotel, extremely helpful staff!!!! Great location. We especially enjoyed the modern scandinavic design in all rooms and the lobby. Great for families. We would definitely stay there again!!!!

It's a 10-minute walk from Legoland. The man at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. It should be noted that check out at 11 o'clock, and the extension is 100 local currency per hour. They are all rooms on the first floor, and they are quiet at night

Arrival 6 pm. got a room. The room was not cleaned, the bed was NOT freshly made. Complained. Lady from the reception went to the room, came back after 5 minutebn-now it is made. She only folded the bed, not freshly made, bathroom not cleaned. Wanted to leave. She gave me a fresh room. I slept. At 11pm I was awakened by fist banging on door. was scared. Opened. Security and the cook. I was told to leave the hotel immediately. Asked why. No explanation. Wanted to speak to the manager-that would not be possible. Had to get dressed and undressed in front of the gentlemen, waited in the pouring rain for the cab. At 1 o'clock I found another hotel. I wrote an email to the manager, called him - no contact possible. I have a trauma until today. Fortunately, the children were not there. As a hotel employee told me, the lady at the reception was not stress resistant. She was angry with me because I wanted a fresh room. She told the manager around 10pm that I was aggressive, which was not true. Was calm and solution oriented. The manager does not even ask his guest, has him forcibly awakened and expelled from the hotel. Disgusting. All staff seem to me oppressed and afraid to talk. Hands off this hotel, I can only warn everyone. Something like this is ripe for TV but not for families and Legoland visitors. In addition, it is teeming with mosquitoes.

The breakfast buffet is great. Ten minutes’ drive from the park, the price is much cheaper than Billund’s, and it’s worth it. The hotel has dinner, you just order and pay on the spot. There are only two minor problems. The door of the bathroom can only be closed, not always open; there are slippers to bring your own. In addition, the chef at dinner has a different understanding of the red, medium, and well done steak. Stayed for two nights. On the first night, I ordered a steak, and the medium made it. As I knew it, pink, blood-free, and you can eat it. On the second night, the baby ordered the same dish and was served by the same waiter. (The chef should Changed) The medium is made with blood, (should be counted as red), let him bake it again, it will still be a piece with blood, and a better piece.
