"Fully automatically hotel and you can check in, & out and store your luggage by yourself. Very new and well maintained facility. Closer to the port and a shopping mall with a hyper market. They have a shared kitten with microwave, cutleries, kettle. Good choice for a solo traveler"

"I would have given this 5 stars for everything, but there was false advertising. I chose this hotel because it had a sauna. Turns out it has ”access” to a sauna that if 50 euro per visit. I was really irritated about that. However, other then that, it was in a great location and the staff was friendly. Great breakfast."

"The location is great, it’s at the edge of the old town so most of the places in the city centre are within working distance. Cleanliness can be improved though - there was some long hair in the bed… Breakfast is very basic. I would have expected a bit more in terms of quality of food (eg. Scrabble egg was rubbery, juice was just diluted chemical). But price is reasonable overall."

"Great location, very close to tram/bus stop. Breakfast was okay. Typical hotel breakfast menu. Service- the front (reception) needs to work on her service attitude. Some are fine, that particular one really doesnt know to show what hospitality is. Staff at breakfast room were awesome, welcoming with great smile. Room-a bit smaller than expected but decent size for solo traveler."

"The transportation is convenient, and most of the old town is within walking distance. The castle and the central church are also within easy reach. The high-rise windows have beautiful views, and the lobby and lounge on the ground floor are also very friendly."

"It is a popular hotel in the old city area, and the Emperor Heisei Heisei stayed there and was a five-star hotel with a restaurant. We had the same menu “Emperor Dinner” that the Majesty had eaten at the restaurant. Even though it was old, the facilities and air conditioning were very good, the staff were clean and the staff were very good, and it was a wonderful stay. Although it rained in the middle of the night, the ghost of the grandmother who shuts the shutters did not appear (lol) The location is also well recommended."

"I have to check in and take the key at the other hotel. I didn’t know that from the beginning so it wasted my time a little bit. The room is nice. Near old town but my room is next to the road so I can hear everything outside and it bother me while sleeping. But for this price and the room is good and makes sense."
